Objective To observe the correlation between the expression of β2-MG and CRP in malignant tumors,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis of malignant tumors. Methods The clinical data of patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by pathology from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 110 patients were included in the case group. In addition,50 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were included in the control group.Among them,50 cases of primary liver cancer in the case group were liver cancer group, and 60 cases of other malignant tumors were other malignant tumor groups. The levels of serum β2-MG and CRP in the case group and the control group were compared. The levels of β2-MG and CRP in patients with primary liver cancer and other malignant tumors and the levels of β2-MG in patients with different stages of primary liver cancer were compared. The difference between the positive rate of combined β2-MG and CRP and single test in patients with different stages of primary liver cancer were compared, and correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between β2-MG and primary liver cancer. Results The levels of serum β2-MG and CRP in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum β2-MG and CRP in the patients with primary liver cancer were higher than those in other malignant tumors, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of serum β2-MG in patients with primary liver cancer was related to the stage of primary liver cancer. The level of β2-MG in peripheral blood of patients with stage III primary liver cancer was significantly higher than that in stage I 、 II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of β2-MG and CRP in patients with different primary liver cancer staging group was higher than that of β2-MG and CRP single test;and the positive rate of the combined β2-MG and CRP was higher than the single test in patients with stage III primary liver cancer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum β2-MG inpatients with primary liver cancer. There was no significant correlation between the level and serum AFP levels(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum β2-MG and CRP in patients with malignant tumors are elevated, and the elevated levels in primary liver cancer are significant. In primary liver cancer, the level of β2-MG is related to the degree of disease stage, and the positive rate of combined detection of β2-MG and CRP is higher than that of β2-MG and CRP.
