Objectives:Assess the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on serum C-reactive protein in patients with liver cancer by meta-analyzeMethods:Retrieval of foreign databases includes:PubMed,Cochrane library,Embase,Web of science;Chinese databases include:China Knowledge Network?CNKI?,Wanfang,Weipu, and randomized controlled trials?RCT?comparing theeffects of ERAS and traditional rehabilitation programs on patients with liver cancer, and use the cochrane risk assessment tool to conduct risk assessment of the includedliterature, and the data was analyzed using Revman 5.3 software recommended byCochrane. The literatures related to the comparison of serum CRP of patients withliver cancer in the traditional group and the experimental group were analyzed. Results:Results A total of 6 randomized controlled trials?RCT?were included, including 541patients,of which 257 were in the ERAS group?the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery was used in the perioperative period?and 284 were in the tradit ional treatment group?traditional perioperative management?.Meta analysis results showed that:Compared with the traditional group, the CRP value of serum of patients with liver cancer using ERAS during the perioperative period was significantly reduced on the first day after surgery?MD=-33.11,95%CI=-46.24?-19.99,P<0.00001?;Significantly reduced on the third postoperative day?MD=-25.86,95%CI=-43.53?-8.2,P<0.004?;significantly reduced on the fifth postoperative day?MD=-21.68,95%CI=-29.3?-14.05,P<0.00001?Conclusions:1.Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery?ERAS?can reduce the postoperative serum CRP value of patients with primary liver cancer, thereby reducing the patient's stress, tissue damage, infection and thrombosis-related risks. This study further proves that the application of ERAS during liver resection of liver cancer It is safe and effective in terms of short-term efficacy;2.At present,in the study of the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on serum C-reactive protein in patients with liver cancer after surgery, because the research data comes from different hospitals and the specific implementation measures are inconsistent, there is no unified standard for the application of acceler ated rehabilitation surgery in liver resection,Still needs further improvement.3.In this study, through analysis of the included data and clinical observations,we believe that perioperative application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with liver ca ncer and hepatectomy should also pay attention to:?screening and evaluation of nutritional risk of patients in perioperative period, and selecting appropriate acc ording to the nutritional status of patients The nutritional treatment method;?Promot e the transformation from precise liver resection to fine liverresection in blood vessel and bile duct fine anatomy and wound treatment.
