Research On Network Structure Optimization Of Shared Medical Stakeholders

With the promotion of "Internet +" technology and the rapid development of related information technology,it has become an industry consensus for medical technology to integrate with industry by virtue of the characteristics of Internet that break information asymmetry,reduce cost and deepen division of labor.Based on the sharing economy theory,social capital and stakeholder theory,this paper mainly USES the social network analysis method to study the ways and countermeasures to optimize the network of Shared medical stakeholders.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the existing classification under the premise of the Shared healthcare stakeholders to conduct a comprehensive classification,determine Shared medical network main body of the stakeholders,clear definition,connotation and various stakeholders interacting relationship,on the basis of network actors,build relation matrix,at the same time,density,central degree and the structure hole as measure index of network structure,the relation of between sharing medical benefits related subjects from the network,the analysis of features of the network structure;(2)Using the social network theory and its unique data collection method,a questionnaire is designed and data is collected to obtain the relational data of various subjects in the network.Then,the social network analysis software is used to analyze the collected relational data,and the problems such as low network cohesion,unbalanced interest distribution and unclear middleman are summarized in the network structure of Shared medical stakeholders.(3)To determine the optimization path,eliminate redundancy and cultivate secondary agents.According to the optimization path,four schemes are proposed to optimize the network structure of Shared medical stakeholders,and the four schemes are compared and analyzed according to the social network evaluation indexes.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the second optimization plan centered on local government is the most feasible,with reasonable arrangement and practical value,which is suitable for optimizing the network structure of Shared medical stakeholders.From the perspective of social network analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the network structure of stakeholders in Shared medical care in China,so as to provide a reference for making targeted policies on Shared medical care.The function of medical service should be brought into play,the sharing effect of network should be realized to the greatest extent,and the realization of common interests of related stakeholders and the sustainable development of Shared medical service should be promoted.
