Study On The Distribution Of The TCM Constitution And Birth Time In Patients With Gastric Cancer Based On The Theory Of Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Factors

Objective: To research the distribution of the TCM constitution,birth season and yun qi factors in patients with gastric cancer,and to analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and birth season and yun qi factors in patients with gastric cancer.Methods: 242 patients with gastric cancer were collected by questionnaire.The general information of patients with gastric cancer was recorded,the clinical observation form of gastric cancer was filled out,and the constitution of patients with gastric cancer was determined according to < the TCM Constitution Classification and judgment >,The birth season and yun qi factors of patients with gastric cancer were calculated.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software,to analyze the distribution of TCM constitutions and birth yun qi factors in patients with gastric cancer and the correlation between them were analyzed.Results:1.The TCM Constitution distribution of gastric cancer patients was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The order of The TCM Constitution distribution was qi deficiency type > yang deficiency type > phlegm damp type > qi stagnation type > blood stasis type >damp heat type > peace type > yin deficiency type > special inherited type.The TCM Constitution distribution of patients with gastric cancer in different age groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).In the youth group,damp heat type,phlegm damp type and blood stasis type were common;In the middle-aged group,the phlegm-damp type and peace type was common,qi deficiency type and phlegm damp type was more common in the young-aged group,In the elderly group,qi deficiency type and yang deficiency type was more common.2.The TCM Constitution distribution of Hp infection was statistically significant(P <0.05).The main TCM Constitution of Hp infection were qi deficiency type,yang deficiency type and damp-heat type.3.There was no statistical significance in the distribution of birth season in patients with gastric cancer(P > 0.05).4.There was no statistical significance in the distribution of the year evolutive phase(P > 0.05).On the distribution of six qi,the distribution of patient's guest climatic qi was statistically significant.The distribution was as follows: Tai-yin wet soil > Jue-yin wind and wood > Shao-yang ministerial fire > Yang-ming dry gold > Tai-yang cold water >Shao-yin Jun fire;But the qi of Si tian?the qi of Zai quan and the dominant qi of the date of birth of the patient have no statistical significance(P > 0.05).5.According to Professor Wang Qi's nine kinds of TCM Constitution classification,there was no statistical significance in the distribution of TCM Constitution,birth season and yun qi factors in gastric cancer patients(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The distribution of the TCM Constitution in patients with gastric cancer was regular,qi deficiency type,yang deficiency type and phlegm damp type are more common,and there are differences in the TCM Constitution distribution among different age groups.2.The distribution of TCM Constitution type of Hp infection has certain regularity,the patients with Hp infection mainly is Qi deficiency type,Yang deficiency type,damp-heat type.3.The guest climatic qi distribution has an effect on the incidence of gastric cancer,prevalence rate of the guest climatic qi called Tai-yin wet soil,Jue-yin wind and wood and Shao-yang ministerial fire is higher,but the birth season,the year evolutive phase,the qi of Si tian,the qi of Zai quan and the dominant qi have less effect.4.There was no significant correlation between the TCM Constitution types of gastric cancer patients and birth season,yun qi factors,according to Professor Wang Qi's nine kinds of the TCM Constitution classification.
