| Objective:To summarize the distribution characteristics of Five-yun and Six-Qi;at birth and traditional Chinese medicine physique in patients with pulmonary nodules,and to explore the correlation between congenital endowment and physique distribution,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.Methods:A total of 180 patients with pulmonary nodule who were admitted to the Respiratory Department of Dongzhimen Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were collected in a cross-sectional research design.Basic clinical information and TCM constitution identification information of the patients were collected.The corresponding innate luck endowment was calculated according to the date of birth,and the constitution classification was determined according to the constitution judgment criteria.Chi-square and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between congenital luck endowment and TCM physique in patients with pulmonary nodules.Results:1 General information:A total of 180 patients with pulmonary nodules were included in this study,including 78 males and 102 females,with an average age of 43.39±12.42 years.The shortest course of pulmonary nodules was 1 day,the longest was 82 months,and the interval distribution was the highest within 3 months.In terms of symptoms,the majority of asymptomatic patients,accounting for 61.11%of the total;The imaging characteristics showed that the nodules were mostly less than 1cm in diameter,the number of nodules were mostly scattered or multiple,and the density or nature were mostly ground glass nodules,while the solid and mixed ground glass nodules were less.2 Congenital characteristics:Patients with pulmonary nodule were mostly distributed in the years of passenger transport as Tai Shang,guest arrival as guest and host interaction,luck assimilation as Tianfu year,luck disdifferentiation as little reverse year,Shun Year and Tianpenalty Year(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the number distribution of age Yun,master Yun,Sitian Zaiquan Qi,master Qi,kindness and other luck coincidence at birth(P>0.05).3 Characteristics of physical distribution:The majority of the population were biased physique,and only 31.11%of the total population were peaceful and basic peaceful;In addition,the proportion of dual-clip constitution was 88.33%,and the single constitution was only 11.67%.The frequency distribution of the nine constitutions is as follows:Yang deficiency quality 79 times(43.89%)>Phlegm-dampness quality 72 times(40.00%)>Qi stagnation quality 61 times(33.89%)>Qi deficiency quality 57 times(31.67%)>peace quality 56 times(31.11%)>damp-heat quality 49 times(27.22%)>Characteristic quality=blood stasis quality 33 times(18.33%)>Yin deficiency quality 31 times(17.22%)4 Chi-square analysis:The five luck factors,six qi factors and luck combination were included in the Chi-square test,and the results showed that there were statistical differences in the physical distribution of those born during different periods of main luck,passenger transport,Sitian Zquan,luck assimilation and luck dissimilation(P<0.05),suggesting that there may be a certain correlation between the above factors and physical fitness at birth.5 Univariate Logistic regression:11 luck factors preliminarily screened by Chi-square with statistical differences were incorporated into univariate Logistic regression,and the results showed:The P values of Shaoyin Tian-Yangming in spring,Taiyin Tian-Sun in spring,Tianfu year in luck assimilation,Tianfu year in the same day,Hui year in the same year and small inverse year in luck differentiation were all<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.6 Multi-factor Logistic regression:The 8 luck variables excluded by one-way Logistic regression were included in the multi-factor regression analysis model,and the results showed that 4 luck influencing factors were obtained,including Taigong in the main luck,Zhujin Sitian-Shaoyin Jun fire in the spring of Yangming,Sun Sitian-Taiyin wet soil in the spring,and small and medium reverse years of luck disdifferentiation,with P values<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1 Most patients with pulmonary nodules were born in the years of passenger transport as Tai Shang,guest Lord plus arrival as guest Lord,luck assimilation into Tianfu year,luck alienation into Xiaobi,Hue and Tianpenalty Year,etc.There was no significant difference in the distribution of the number of people born in different years of luck,main transport,six Qi,seasons,solar terms and other luck coincidence.2 Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness and Qi stagnation are the common constitutional types of pulmonary nodules,and different degrees of constitutional intercalation can also be seen.The occurrence of pulmonary nodules is mainly related to the dysfunction of qi,blood and water in the body,resulting in phlegm and blood stasis staying in the lung and forming nodules.The occurrence of pulmonary nodules is mainly related to the dysfunction of qi,blood and water in the body,resulting by the obstruction of Qi and stagnation of Qi and water,which will then become phlegm and stasis and produce nodules.3 There is a certain correlation between the Five-yun and Six-Qi at birth and the physique of TCM patients with pulmonary nodules,and the influence of the combination of the main movement,the passenger transport,the heavenly spring and luck on the physique is more obvious.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of phlegm and dampness was 20.869 times higher in the middle of the main transport period than in the nonPacific transport period,suggesting that the middle of the main transport period may be a risk factor of phlegm and dampness. |
