Based On The Theory Of Luck, This Paper Explores The Distribution Of Constitution And Birth Period Of Patients With Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:To investigate the distribution of Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)in TCM constitution,Birth season and Gan zhi yun qi,aiming to provide the regularity and the correlation between TCM constitution and the traits of birth periodMethods:By means of questionnaire,258 patients are categorized into nine constitution groups according to<TCM constitution Classification and judgment>.<Clinical observation questionnaire>are designed to obtain the factual details of medical records for each patients.Analyzing the distribution of TCM constitution,Birth season and Gan zhi yun qi,as well as the relationship between TCM constitution and the traits of birth period,by using SPSS21.0 software.Results:1.The distribution of TCM constitution shows statistical difference(P<0.05);the frequency types in descending order is yin-deficiency type>wetness-heat type>blood-stasis type>phlegm-wet type>qi-deficiency type>gentleness type>yang-deficiency type>qi-depression type>special inherited type.Aging groups also have statistical difference,such as wetness-heat type and qi-depression type can mostly be seen among young people,wetness-heat type and blood-stasis type are often seen among middle-aged people and yin-deficiency type and blood-stasis type are usually found among elderly people.There is no statistical difference between excess and deficiency constitution.2.Hp infection has a bearing on TCM constitution and is common in yin-deficiency type and wetness-heat type.3.The birth season of CAG patients shows statistical difference(P<0.05);the frequency of birth season in descending order is summer>autumn>winter>spring.People who was borm in summer and autumn are predisposed to CAG.4.The year evolutive phase of CAG patients shows no statistical difference;Among six qi,the distribution of host-qi are statistical difference(P<0.05),the frequency of host-qi in descending order is Taiying>Yangming>Taiyang>Shaoyang>Jueying>Shaoying.The distribution of pattern in the first half(qi of Si tian)and the second half(qi of Zai quan)of a year shows no statistical difference.5.The physical constitution types by the method of nine points has no obvious correlation with birth season and yun qi patterns.The distribution of TCM constitution shows statistical difference on patients born in summer and autumn.(P<0.05).About yun qi patterns,comparison between two groups,the distribution of TCM constitution shows statistical difference on patients born in yun qi fire year and yun qi water year(P<0.05);The distribution of TCM constitution shows no statistical difference on patients born in yun qi excess year and yun qi deficiency year.Comparison in groups,the distribution of TCM constitution shows statistical difference on patients born in yun qi wood year,yun qi fire year and yun qi soil year(P<0.05).The distribution of TCM constitution shows statistical difference on patients born in the year of host-qi called Taiying and Yangming.(P<0.05).People born in the year which first half of year is Shaoying and Shaoyings shows statistical difference on distribution of TCM constitution(P<0.05)?There is a statistical difference among seasons when people of yin-deficiency type was born(P<0.05)and there is also a statistical difference among five yun year when people of wetness-heat type was born(P<0.05).6.Hp infection has influence on intestinal metaplasia(IM)(P<0.05)and the higher morbidity of patients with dysplasia(Dys),metaplasia(IM)and atrophy are related to Hp infectionConclusions:1.The distribution of TCM constitution among CAG patients shows statistical difference.Yin-deficiency type and wetness-heat type are common constitution,which can change with age.2.There is a regularity between Hp infection and TCM constitution type;Yin-deficiency type and wetness-heat type are usually found in patients with Hp infection.3.About birth season,patients who were born in summer and autumn are higher than that of patients who were born in other seasons.4.The year evolutive phase of CAG patients shows no statistical difference;Among six qi,the distribution of host-qi shows statistical difference,whereas others do not.5.Under TCM constitution Classification and judgment,physical constitution types by the method of nine points has no obvious correlation with birth season and yun qi patterns.There is no present regularity of influence among the year evolutive phase,qi of Si tian,qi of Zai quan and physical distribution type.
