The Clinical Research Of Jian Pi Hua Tan Tang On Diabetic Patients With Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical treatment effect and mechanism of action of jian pihua tan tang whose main principles of prescription are jian pi hua tan huo xue on diabetescombined non-alcoholic fatty liver。Methods: There were60patients who were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group (30cases).The two groups were given metforminenteric-coated tablets0.25tid,oral. And treatment group was given jian pi hua tantang;control group was given Bezafibrate200mg, qd,oral.During two months’ time ofobservation, the main observation Indicators are clinical symptoms, blood sugar, bloodlipids, glycated hemoglobin, liver function, body mass index, abdominalultrasonography.Results: As a result treatment group fasting and two hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein,alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyl endopeptidase, bodymass index, clinical symptoms show significant improvement over the previous andobvious difference compared with the control group. During the test, the patients showgood compliance and no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Jian pi hua tan huo xue fa can reduce the blood sugar of diabetic patientswith non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, blood lipids, lower body mass index, patients withhigh-density lipoprotein levels, improve insulin resistance; can also significantly improvethe patient clinical symptoms, delaying the progress of diabetes and fatty liver, improvethe quality of life of patients.together with the changes in lifestyle and has safety on drug, which shows the effectiveness of Chinese medicine dialectical theory of governance.
