Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver With “ganyu Pixu” Type By “shugan Jianpi” Therapy

Objectives:The clinical effects of“Shugan jianpi”therapy for the patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver with “ganyu pixu”type and security were assessed in order to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver with Traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2017,in the outpatient department of the Chinese Medicine Department of Wuhan integrated triditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,30 patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)with“ganyu pixu”type were choosed to conduct a research,among them,there were 19 men and 11 women.The “Shugan jianpi”Chinese medicine was taken orally on the basis of the intervention of life style for 30 patients.Usage:Take one dose daily,200 ml every time,after breakfast and dinner.The course of treatment is 3 months.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,body mass index(BMI),liver function(alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)),blood lipid related indicators(total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein protein cholesterol(HDL-C)),abdominal CT,SF-36 quality of life scale were observed.The patients' urine routine,electrocardiogram,kidney function were monitored before and after treatment.The untoward effects were kept.There was no Western medicine control group,and only 30 patients were compared before and after treatment.Results:1 The syndrome effects of the patients before and after treatment:4 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,6 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80%.2 Comparison of patients' symptom score and body mass index before and after treatment:the results showed that the symptom score of the patients was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01);the patients' body mass index(BMI)was lower than that before the treatment,and the difference was comparable(P<0.05).3 Comparison of liver function(ALT,AST)and blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)before and after treatment:after treatment,the levels of ALT and AST were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of ALT was more obvious(P<0.01);after treatment,the index of TC and TG was lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),although the LDL-C index was lower than that before the treatment,the HDL-C index was higher than that of the former,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Imaging changes of patients after treatment:after the treatment,4 cases of fatty liver were recovered by CT examination,6 cases were effectual,14 cases were effective,6 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80%.5 Comparison of patients' SF-36 quality of life scale before and after treatment:the results showed that SF-36 quality of life improved after treatment,mainly in physiological function, physiological function,somatic pain,general health,vitality and mental health,and the total score of quality of life also increased(P<0.01),there was no statistical difference in the improvement of social work and emotional function(P>0.05).Conclusion:the“ Shugan jianpi”therapy has a good therapeutic effect on NAFLD patients who belong to“ganyu pixu”type,this method can not only improve the main symptoms of patients,regulate their liver function(ALT,AST)and blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),but also significantly improve the SF-36 quality of life score.In addition,no adverse events and adverse reactions were found in the study process,it shows the safety of the treatment is worthwhile.
