| Objective By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with closure in the treatment of rotator cuff in stage 1 and stage 2,it provides a safe,effective and simple treatment for improving shoulder joint function and activity of patients.Methods A total of 21 patients with rotator cuff injury who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the department of orthopaedics and traumatology of hubin and xiasha hospitals of zhejiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,including 11 female patients and 10 male patients.Treatment: relevant treatment education was carried out before treatment to alleviate the mental concerns of patients,indicating that conservative treatment may fail,and orthopedic surgery is still needed in the later stage.One course of treatment every two weeks,a total of two courses of treatment.Patients received traditional Chinese medicine lotion smoked + local closed injection treatment,local injections of 1 times a week,fumigation with three times a week,respectively,through the questionnaire survey records before and after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment the visual analogue scale(VAS),university of California,shoulder joint score(UCLA),outside the us shoulder cubits physician score(ASES)and spin,forward bends,outreach function analysis.Finally,the above data were statistically analyzed and the score differences of patients in each group were compared.Results 1.The visual simulation score(VAS)of the patients before treatment was 8.03± 0.93,and the VAS score was 2.90±0.80 after 2 weeks of treatment.The paired t-test showed that the VAS score of the patients was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the pain score was 1.10±0.66 after 4 weeks of treatment,which was significantly different from that after 2 weeks of treatment(P < 0.01).2.The angles of lateral rotation,forward flexion and abduction of the affected body before treatment were 29.20±3.18,107.80±12.51 and 106.77±14.56,respectively.After 2 weeks of treatment,it was found by intra-group paired t-test that the patients' external rotation,forward flexion and abduction function Angle were improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P < 0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with 2 weeks of treatment,paired sample t test proved that the shoulder joint function of the patient was further improved during the treatment.3.The UCLA shoulder score of the patients before treatment was 27.10±3.67,and the UCLA score of the patients after 2 weeks of treatment was 30.13±1.59,which was improved compared with that before treatment.The intra-group paired t-test showed a statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,the patient's UCLA score was 32.10±1.30,which was also significantly higher than that after 2 weeks of treatment.4.The physicians' score of American shoulder and elbow(ASES)of the patients before treatment is 30.20±3.13;After 2 weeks of treatment,patients' ASES score was 59.10±4.28 improved compared with that before treatment),and significant differences were found in the intra-group paired t test(P < 0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,its ASES score was 84.93±6.15,significantly higher than that after 2 weeks of treatment,with a significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion Closed treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can significantly and rapidly relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and improve shoulder joint function,UCLA score and ASES score to a large extent in the short term.Calculated the conventional closed treatment with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation the feature of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,can quickly solve the problem of the patient's pain,faster to improve the function of shoulder joint,UCLA score and ASES score,can improve the quality of life,make patients more quickly into life,and no obvious side effects,simple,quick,is worth popularizing clinically. |
