Objective:To study the safety and feasibility of perioperative intervention in the procedure of enhanced recovery after surgery for arthroscopic replacement of rotator cuffs and the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment in postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:The patients were divided into three groups:do the rotator cuff injury repair operation under arthroscopy in all three goups,group A without ERAS or acupuncture intervention;group B with ERAS intervention and without acupuncture intervention;group C with both ERAS and acupuncture intervention.The visual analogue scores、flexionelevation and Constant-Murely score between group A and B、B and C at a month after operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation were compared.Results:The difference between group B and group A was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between group C and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of arthroscopic treatment of rotator cuff injury,to manage with enhanced recovery after surgery,can obtain satisfactory clinical results,combined with acupuncture treatment,can further reduce the pain,speed up the rehabilitation but did not increase the complications Incidence rate.
