Clinical Observation Of Arthroscopic Double-row Anchoring Technique Combined With Postoperative Topical Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Injury

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic double-row anchor stitching and fixation technique combined with external Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods: Forty patients were randomly divided into A group and B group(n = 20).Twenty patients(20 patients in group A)underwent arthroscopic double Row of anchors fixation technique combined with postoperative Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of rotator cuff injury,B group of 20 patients with arthroscopic double-row anchor fixation technique alone to treat rotator cuff injury,the two groups were treated with the same routine treatment and rehabilitation Training methods.The patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months and averaged 10.2 months.Constant-Murley score and UCLA score were used to evaluate the shoulder function.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Group A: UCLA score and Constant-Murley score increased by 33.50 ± 0.606 and 85.20 ± 2.94 respectively after preoperative 17.85 ± 1.42,54.65 ± 4.61,there were significant differences(P <0.05).(2)Group B: UCLA score and Constant-Murley score increased by 30.80 ± 1.436 and 80.40 ± 2.087 respectively after preoperative 17.80 ± 1.36,52.60 ± 2.96,there were significant differences(P <0.05).(3)6 months after surgery,the Constant-Murley score and UCLA score were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of the A group were higher than those of the B group in the 6 months after operation.The patients in the A group were better than those in the B group?Conclusion: The results of this study showed that suture fixation for the treatment of rotator cuff tear is conducive to the recovery of shoulder function and pain relief,double row anchor nail fixation under arthroscopy,conducive to tendon bone healing,is an effective means in the treatment of rotator cuff injury;by comparing 6 months UCLA score and Constant-Mur ley score between the two groups after operation.Postoperative rehabilitation stage with traditional Chinese medicine intervention has significant advantages,shoulder joint function recover faster,more obvious,patient satisfaction of pain relief,a higher degree of recognition.
