| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect in treatment of CGN in h ematuria hematuria,to study the clinical efficacy,safety analysis,principle and me chanism of the onset of the prescription,to find the theoretical basis for clinical dialectical medication,so as to explore the effective therapy and prescription of TCM treatment of this disease,in order to alleviate the symptoms,prevention a nd treatment purposes.Methods:This study adopts randomized controlled clinical design design,po sitive drug control,were randomly grouped to 64 patients,respectively for treatm ent group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases),the control group:the patients were given oral administration of Valsartan Capsules,at a dose of 80 mg,once a day.(2)low salt diet;3.Avoid infection;(4)limit the amount of protein intake;5.Avo id the factors that aggravate the damage of the kidney.Test group:in the control group therapy and oral hematuria,warm boiling water,1 dose daily,morning and evening to take.Course of treatment:12 weeks.The observation of TCM syndro me score,urine occult blood,urine red blood cell count and related biochemical indexes and side effects of changes and record data,analysis of scientific and ri gorous statistical data,and finally draws the conclusion.Results:In the experimental group and the control group,there were 1 case s of each group falling off,and the final statistics of the 2 groups had 31 case s to complete the clinical observation.1.After 12 weeks of treatment,the BLD qualitative examination of two gro ups of patients was substantially improved than before(P<0.05).The number of RBC in the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before tr eatment(P<0.05).2.After 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of patients after statistical anal ysis and comparison,found that the test group and the control group have sign ificant differences in the qualitative examination of BLD(P < 0.01),the differ ence in the number of urine RBC is statistically significant(P < 0.05),and th ere is no statistical difference in the quantitative aspects of urine protein in 24hours(P > 0.05)TCM Syndrome Through comparative analysis,the difference was found in the improvement of the symptoms of zygomatic red tide and f ive heart trouble(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in backach e,vertigo,tinnitus,sweating,dry mouth,dry mouth,pain,and burning of urine(P>0.05).3.The curative effect contrast of TCM symptoms: found that the total effe ctive rate of the control group was 54.83%,while the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Laboratory comparison:after treatment,the total effective rate of the con trol group was 70.96%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group w as 87.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prescription of hematuria can be used to treat patients wit h Yin deficiency and fire type CGN hematuria.It can reduce the number of u rine RBC,reduce BLD,reduce the quantitative urine protein of 24 hours,redu ce the clinical symptoms of the patients.After 12 weeks of clinical trial comp arison and observation,the effect of the test group is better than the control g roup in reducing the number of RBC and reducing the BLD in the urine.2 gr oups were effective in reducing 24 hours urinary protein,but there was no sig nificant difference between the 2 groups.The prescription of Chinese medicine hematuria is effective in the treatment of CGN hematuria,and it can play a unique advantage on the basis of its own reasonable compatibility.It can be a pplied and popularized flexibly for the treatment of CGN hematuria,and more effective treatment methods for the treatment of CGN patients. |
