| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Ping Shen Yi Tong Decoction in the treatment of functional anorectal pain of yin deficiency and fire type.Methods:Fifty patients with functional anorectal pain of Yin deficiency and fire type who are admitted to the Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine Jinling Famous Medical Center between September 2017 and February 2020 are selected.The patients are randomly divided into treatment groups and randomized sampling methods.There are 25 cases in the control group.The treatment group is treated with Pingshen Yitong Decoction orally,and the control group is treated with Zishui Qinggan Decoction orally.Take the medicine for 4 weeks,and Visual pain scores,TCM Syndrome Score of Yin Deficiency and Prosperity,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and SF-36 quality of life score are recorded in the two groups 1 day before and 4 weeks.Visual pain scores and TCM Syndrome Score of Yin Deficiency and Prosperity are recorded at 2 weeks of treatment,and visual pain scores are recorded at 3 weeks of treatment.Observe whether there are adverse reactions during the medication.The data is analyzed with SPSS26.0 statistical software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pingshen Yitong Decoction in the treatment of functional anorectal pain of yin deficiency and fire type.Result:1.Visual pain score:The VAS score of the treatment group and the control group is statistically different before and after treatment(p<0.05).There is no obvious statistical difference in the VAS score of the two groups of patients before treatment(p>0.05).The mean VAS scores in the group after 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment are decreased compared with those before treatment,but there is no significant difference(p>0.05).At 3 and 4 weeks after treatment,the pain score is lower in the treatment group compared to the control group,and there is a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.05).2.Efficacy of TCM Syndrome Points:The comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically different(p<0.05),and there is no obvious statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after 2 weeks of treatment(p>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group is more significant than the other group,and there is a significant statistical difference between the two(p<0.01).3.Anxiety and depression self-assessment scale(SAS,SDS)scores:There is statistical difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).There is no statistical comparison between the SAS and SDS scores before treatment in the two groups.The SAS in the treatment group is improved compared with the control group after 4 weeks of treatment.The SAS in the two groups is statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group has a lower SDS score than the other group.The difference is significant(p<0.05).4.SF-36 quality of life table:No statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores before treatment between the two groups(p>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there are no statistics on PF,RP,GH,and VT in the SF-36 table significance(p>0.05).The four dimensions of BP,SF,RE,and MH are statistically significant(p<0.01).5.Effectiveness:There is a statistically significant difference in cure between the two groups(p<0.05).The effective rate is 88%in the treatment group and 64%in the control group.After chi-square test,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).6.Safety indicators:There is no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:The above research results show that Pingshen Yitong Decoction has obvious advantages in improving the pain of functional anorectal pain,and also has certain effects in improving the accompanying symptoms of anxiety,depression,quality of life,and yin deficiency and fire.Pingshen Yitong Decoction is better than Zishui Qinggan Yin in treating functional anorectal pain. |
