| Objective:Through this clinical study based on the previous clinical summary,Chinese medicine compound Xiaoji capsule Chinese medicine belongs to the blood heat Yin deficiency type hematuria,RBC and clinical symptoms in the urine occult blood and urine sediment of the target test item,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the compound Xiaoji capsule,To provide data for the treatment of chronic nephritis in the future.Methods:In this clinical study,Through the screening of outpatients and patients in hospital,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with compound Xiaoji capsule(traditional Chinese medicine preparation),Xueniao capsule(Chinese patent medicine),the total course of treatment was8 weeks(56 days).After 8 weeks of treatment,we comprehensively analyzed the changes of relevant indicators of TCM syndrome efficacy.Results:During the 8-week study,3 patients in the treatment group finally dropped out of the visit,while 3patients clinical observation study.1.After 8 weeks of experimental observation,the final effective rate of each selected was 96.67%,while the final effective rate in the control group was 86.67%,After the statistical analysis of the software selected in advance,the results is(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks of experimental observation,the final effective rate of each selected case in the treatment group was 93.33%,while that was 70.00%,Through the statistical is statistically significant(P<0.05)3.After 8 weeks of experimental observation,night sweat and short yellow urine symptoms(P > 0.05),but there was the two groups(P > 0.05)in the symptoms of night sweat,waist and knee tenderness,tinnitus,dry mouth,short urine and yellow.4.After 8 weeks of experimental observation,in terms of urinary occult blood,the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P < 0.01),the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),the control group in improving occult blood.5.After 8 weeks of experimental observation,the number of RBC in urine sediment in both groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01,o it can be concluded that the treatmentcontrol group in reducing urinary sediment red blood cells.6.No significant in both groups.Conclusion:Compound Xiaoji capsule is used to treat hematuria of chronic nephritis with blood heat and yin deficiency.During the observation period,there is no obvious adverse reaction.It has fully played the role of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic nephritis hematuria Advantages can be widely used on the basis of dialectical classification,which provides an effective new method and new direction for the treatment of chronic nephritis hematuria by giving full play Chinese medicine. |
