Objective: We have on a syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine to thepatients with chronic glomerular nephritis hematuria and detect abnormal red bloodcells of the urine in patients and the frequencies of spines shape of red blood cells.Explore the relationship between TCM syndrome types of patients with chronicglomerular nephritis hematuria and urinary red cell morphology and provide basis forthe TCM syndrome objective, and provide reference for treatment. Methods: Select150cases included in the standard of object of study of traditionalChinese medicine, divided into five kinds of syndrome for spleen and kidney qideficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, liver and kidneyYin deficiency syndrome, both qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, lung and kidneydeficiency syndrome. Collect fresh morning urine10ml, get the slices after centrifugaland analysis the urinary red cell morphology under phase contrast microscope.Observation and counting the percentage of normal red blood cells and main all kindsof deformation of red blood cells (such as spine target shape of red blood cells, target red blood cells, small ring of red blood cells, big red blood cells, small red cells, etc. We use SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis of the conclusion and getthe relationship between TCM syndrome type and urinary red cell morphology.Results:(1)Five kinds of syndrome types in patients with all from big to small in turnas follows: the proportion of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome(27%), Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome (26%), liver and kidney Yin deficiencysyndrome (23%), lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome (16%), spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome (8%).(2)Among the percentage of the content of abnormal redblood cells the percentage of abnormal red blood cells were over70%, and the spleenand kidney Yang deficiency syndrome> both qi and Yin deficiency syndrome>spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome> liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome>lung kidney deficiency syndrome.(3)The percentage contents of spine form red bloodcells of CGN patients are spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome>liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome lung kidney deficiency syndrome> both qi andYin deficiency syndrome> spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, and spleen andkidney deficiency syndrome, spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, liver kidneyYin deficiency, qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, lung and kidney deficiency syndromein patients with spine form the frequencies of red blood cells were67.5%,84.6%,82.3%,69.2%,82.3%. We can see that frequency of spines shape of red blood cells inpatients of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type is significantly higher than othersyndromes.(4)a、In spleen and kidney deficiency group, according to the percentagecontent of the abnormal red blood cells order form high and low as follows: ring red(0.394)>normal (0.227)> other(0.109)>target red (0.099)> big red (0.080), the smallred red (0.078)> spines red (0.013). The red blood cells form content was statisticallydifference (p <0.001).b、In the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group, spines red is least (0.028) in the group and was statistically differences compared withother groups. there is no difference among ring target red, bright red, big red, smallred, others cells. c、In the lung and kidney deficiency syndrome group, big red(0.287)> ring(0.108), small red (0.105)> others cells (0.093)> spines red (0.018),using SNK method analysis, spines red lowest (0.018) in this group. d、In liver andkidney Yin deficiency syndrome group, the target red (0.318)> other red (0.131)>ring red (0.109)>big red (0.087)> small red (0.086)> spines red (0.029), in thisgroup, the target red content is highest, the remaining groups are no difference. e、Inqi and Yin deficiency syndrome group, the small red cells are the highest (0.397), theremaining groups are no difference.Conclusion:(1)The urinary red cell morphology of Chronic glomerular nephritis hematuria patients with different TCM syndrome types are different, and which havea certain relationship between red blood cell morphology.(2)In the patients of spleenkidney Yang deficiency syndrome, the spine form red blood cells in frequencies andpercentage content were higher than other syndromes.(3)In spleen and kidneydeficiency syndrome group, the ring red blood cells are more likely to occur. But inthe lung and kidney deficiency group the big red cells are more likely to occur. Targetshape of red blood cells in the liver and kidney Yin deficiency group appears likely, and in qi and Yin deficiency group the small red blood cells occur more likely. It saysthat urinary red cell morphology under phase contrast microscope of the CGNhematuria patients has a certain reference value.
