ObjectivesBy color Doppler echocardiography observing "Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery flow effects, study "Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" role link in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, mechanism and effect.MethodsChoose Zhuhai Branch of Gguangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM outpatient service in hospital and the patients of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy30cases as the research object, application "Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" clinical experience party intervention vertebral artery of cervical spondylosis different time (abdomen needle treatment before and after the first and after a period of treatment), Use of color Doppler ultrasonic observation of bilateral vertebral artery hemodynamics (including vertebral artery diameter and average velocity and blood flow per minute) change.ResultObservation on31cases, of which1off, finally complete the observation of treatment of30cases. Studies have shown that cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can be presented as a unilateral or bilateral vertebral artery hemodynamics. Application of abdominal acupuncture intervention results detection of vertebral artery hemodynamics changes in different periods are as follows: 1. Lateral vertebral arterial hemodynamics parameters (or vertebral arterial diameter and blood flow velocity and blood flow per minute on average) statistical analysis:Before treatment after treatment1the parameters all have significant differences (p<0.05);Treatment of1course (5) before treatment and after the parameters all have significant differences (p<0.05);Treatment of1course (5) and after treatment1times per minute average velocity and blood flow of vertebral artery after comparisons there are significant differences;Treatment of1course (5) and after treatment of vertebral artery diameter comparison results after1no significant difference (p>0.05).2. Parameter statistics of contralateral vertebral artery hemodynamics analysis:Before treatment after treatment1compare the parameters all have significant differences (p<0.05);Treatment of1course (5) comparison of before and after treatment, the parameters all have significant difference of vertebral artery (p<0.05);Treatment of1course (5) after the treatment and after1, all parameters of vertebral artery have no significant difference (p>0.05).3. Thl after treatment, the incidence of contralateral vertebral artery and lateral comparison between average velocity and blood flow and poor before the treatment, there are significant differences (p<0.05);lth contralateral vertebral artery and treatment of affected side compared with the diameter difference before the treatment, poor no offsite;After1treatment course, the affected side compared with the parameters of contralateral vertebral artery, no significant difference (p>0.05).4. Bilateral vertebral artery blood supply deficiency cases:Bilateral treatment after1and1course (5) before treatment and after treatment parameters comparison significant differences (P<0.05);1courses on the left (5) parameters after treatment and after treatment1times significant differences in comparison (P<0.05);1on the right course (5) comparison parameters after treatment and treatment after1no obvious the difference (P>0.05). ConelusionThis study shows that unilateral vertebral artery blood supply deficiency,"Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" after the intervention, lateral vertebral arterial hemodynamics parameters in different time periods are different levels improve, contralateral vertebral artery diameter and average velocity can be an instant improvement, but side a healthy side clearly. Bilateral vertebral artery blood supply deficiency patient,"Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" after the intervention of bilateral vertebral artery blood flow parameters with varying degrees of changes in different periods, with more obvious on the left."Bo’s abdominal acupuncture" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type could be achieved through improved lateral vertebral artery blood supply, and may also by improving healthy side blood flow, blood flow through the healthy side to realize compensation.
