The Observation Of Essential Hypertension By Midnight-noon Ebb--flow With Najia Methodof

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Midnight-noon ebb--flow with Najia method in the treatment of hypertension,to evaluate the effectiveness of Midnight-noon ebb--flow with Najia method in the treatment of hypertension,so as to find a more convenient and effective method for clinical treatment.Small side effects of the treatment of hypertension acupuncture treatment.Methods:In this study,80 patients with essential hypertension with overabundant liver-fire,who met the Inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the digital table method.They were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,40 cases were treated by Midnight-noon ebb--flow acupuncture combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets for 3 courses(1 course of 10days),while the control group was treated by oral administration of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 2.5 mg once a day for 3 courses(1 course of 10 days).After the treatment of blood pressure indicators,TCM symptom score statistical,data analysis.Results : 1.In blood pressure control,the total effective rate was86.84% in the treatment group and 71.05% in the control group.By rank sum test,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.5),the difference was statistically significant.In grade 1 hypertension group,the total effective rate was92.31% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group.By rank sum test,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.5),the difference was statistically significant.In grade 2 hypertension group,the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 72.73% in the control group.By rank sum test,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.5),the difference was statistically significant.In grade 3 hypertension group,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.2.After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were compared by rank sum test(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,the paired t test,the treatment group and the control group,all obtained P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results of non-parametric rank sum test showed that the difference between the two groups in improving vertigo,headache and bitter mouth was significant(P < 0.05),but in irritability and irritability,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of irritability,irritability and facial redness(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The antihypertensive effect of the Midnight-noon ebb--flow with Najia combined with western medicine was better than that of western medicine alone.The Midnight-noon ebb--flow with Najia combined with western medicine can effectively reduce grade 1 and grade 2 hypertension.The Midnight-noon ebb--flow acupuncture with the help of western medicine can treat the vertigo,headache,pain and other symptoms better than before.
