Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of Overabundant Liver-Fire Syndrome Of Primary Hypertension By Attaching Yongquan Point

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of treatment of Overabundant Liver-Fire Syndrome of Primary Hypertension by Attaching Yongquan Point;Methods:We choose 65 cases of patients with overabundant Liver-Fire Syndrome of primary hypertension,and blood pressure class for 2 or 3.We randomly divided them into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases),in which the control group received conventional antihypertensive drugs Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide 150 mg per day,and the treatment group recievd the tiao gan jiang ya fang attach yongquan point on both sides beside the control group treatment.After 2 weeks,comparative clinical observation was carried out;Results: After two weeks treatment,improvement in clinical symptoms of high blood pressure was atteched.There was a significant difference compared with pre-treatment of main and minor symptoms in two groups of patients after treatment(all P<0.01).in clinical symptoms efficacy after treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.94%,vs 84.38% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of blood pressure lowering effect,compared two groups of patients before treatment the systolic/diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).In effecting of Renin Angiotensin Aldosterone System,compared with two groups of patients before treatment,RAAS activity was inhibited significantly(P<0.05),but no difference between groups(P > 0.05).furthermore,there is no obvious difference between groups in antihypertensive stability(P > 0.05)and heart rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this clinical study,attaching Yongquan Point can significant improve clinical symptoms and behaved effectively in the treatment of essential hypertension.Nevertheless it did not increase the blood pressure fluctuation and RAAS activity.It will provide a good method for future clinical treatment of hyperteision.
