Clinical Effect Observation Of Self-blood Therapy Combined With Moxibustion For Allergic Rhinitis And The Effect On Blood IgE And IL-4

Objective:This subject is to explore the clinical curative effect of allergic rhinitis by using self blood therapy combined with moxibustion therapy,and then compared with the traditional acupuncture method;to further explore whether the clinical effect is better than the traditional needle method,that provide effective treatment for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods : In this experiment,the 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,which 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-blood therapy combined with moxibustion therapy.1 time a week and 1 times a day and 5 times a week.The control group was treated with common acupuncture,1 time a day and 5 times a week.The two groups were treated for 4weeks.After the treatment,the curative effect was evaluated by two methods.Results : 1.The two groups of patients were graded after 4 weeks treatment according to their signs and symptoms.The scores of two groups have a significant reduction.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.01)between the two groups before treatment.Comparing with the scores of both groups,the treatment group was better than the control group and the difference was observably statistically significant(p<0.01).2.After the treatment,the serum levels of IgE and IL-4 were reduced in both groups during the experiment,and there is significantly difference(p<0.05).The contents of IgE and IL-4 in the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).3.The comparison of the clinical efficacy in the two groups after the treatment: the total efficiency of the treatment group is 86.6%;and the total effective rate of the control group is 66.6%.there is significantly difference of the two groups.Which indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The Self-blood therapy combined with moxibustion and the common acupuncture thetapy can relieve the symptoms and signs of the patients.At the same time,they can inhibit the content of IgE and IL-4 in patients' blood.2.The curative effect of self-blood therapy combined with moxibustion is obviously better than that of the common acupuncture group.3.In the experiment,the self-blood therapy combined with moxibustion is safe,reliable?convenient in treating allergic rhinitis.
