Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Different Moxibustion Amount Of Mild Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture

Objective : To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between different moxibustion doses of mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,to clarify the dose-effect relationship of mild moxibustion for allergic rhinitis,and to optimize the scheme of mild moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods : Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with acupuncture: Yin tang,ying xiang(double)and shang ying xiang(double),lie que(double),qi hai,zusanli(double),taichong(double),acupuncture once every other day.In addition,mild moxibustion was performed on Yin tang,ying xiang(double)and shang ying xiang(double)with each moxibustion for 10 min.At the same time,after the patient feels the local skin around the nose is warm and comfortable,the nose will feel cool from inside to outside.Moxibustion was performed once every other day,and 10 times was a course of treatment.In the control group of 30 patients,acupuncture point selection and operation were the same as the treatment group,and mild moxibustion was performed on Yin tang,ying xiang(double)and shang ying xiang(double)points with each point moxibustion for5 min.At the same time,the skin of the patients was slightly flushed,and moxibustion was performed once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were scored,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was observed.Combined with statistical methods for analysis and comparison,so as to further explore the clinical efficacy of experimental therapy.Results:(1)Comparison of the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after treatment: there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01),indicating that both groups had significant therapeutic effects.The scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating the symptoms and signs of the patients.(2)TNNSS score: after treatment,the TNNSS score in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group inreducing TNNSS score.(3)Overall efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was97%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)Different amounts of moxibustion combined with mild moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and obtain good efficacy.(2)The effect of mild moxibustion with different moxibustion dosage in treating allergic rhinitis is different,and the effect of sufficient moxibustion dosage is better.(3)Mild moxibustion combined with acupuncture for the treatment of allergic rhinitis is simple,convenient,effective,easy to promote and apply,and has a broad application prospect.
