Purpose: By observing the improvement of the clinical symptoms and physical signs of CARAS(heat syndrome)children after taking Bixiao Tang,the clinical efficacy of the treatment of CARAS was objectively evaluated.Method: Collection of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics for children with 100 cases up to the standard of diagnosis and included in the selected from observed 64 cases randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group was given a total of 32 cases underwent Bixiao Tang,the control group,32 cases give Maxingganshi Tang and Cangerzibiyandiwan,both groups of children with treatment for 16 days,after the treatment,by two groups of children with clinical symptoms was observed curative effect evaluation of syndromes was conducted by observing after treatment in children with symptoms integral,disease treatment efficiency as well as the improvement of individual symptoms or signs of disease curative effect evaluation.Result: Efficient,children disease syndromes was treatment group total effectiveness is 96.88%,curative effect is superior to the control group(P < 0.05),two groups of treatment all can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of two groups of children,in reducing the overall clinical symptoms,signs,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),the children improve nasal symptoms,sputum expectoration,breathing individual symptoms,is better than that of the control drug.(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Bixiao Tang is a safe and effective medicine to treat CARAS in children without obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
