Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome Literature Research And Professor Cui Hongsheng’s Experience Summary

Background: Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome(CARAS)is an allergic disease of the upper and lower airways.As the social environment changes,the incidence increases.In recent years,in the study of the relationship between allergic rhinitis(AR)and bronchial asthma(Bronchial asthma BA),the academic community has basically formed the concept of "the same airway,the same disease",and advocates the use of upper and lower airway in the same treatment.However,there are still many practical problems such as cumbersome medication,poor efficacy,and poor patient compliance.Chinese medicine has a certain understanding of CARAS from "asthma" and "snoring",and has achieved certain effects on the etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation,but there is no targeted unified treatment system.This study conducted a meta-analysis of the clinically controlled trial literature on the treatment of CARAS with Chinese medicine,and further analyzed the therapeutic effect by including the literature.In addition,summarize the experience of the instructor,comb the instructor to treat CARAS ideas,and provide useful lessons for clinical treatment.Methods:(1)Literature research: The development of search terms mainly includes "allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome","Chinese medicine","Chinese medicine","observation observation","clinical observation",etc.;Preliminary search of China Knowledge Network full-text journal database,Wanfang database,Weipu Chinese scientific journal database,Chinese biomedical literature database,etc.,select the final document according to the inclusion criteria,and conduct meta-analysis;(2)Tutor experience: review the instructor’s outpatient medical record,review Mentor papers,etc.,summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment.Results:(1)Initially detected 95 relevant articles,and finally included 9 studies;(2)Meta analysis: 1 Total efficacy results: All studies and subgroups showed no obvious heterogeneity,analysis under fixed effect model,Z value 5.11,4.90,7.22,P<0.00001,indicating that the efficacy of the Chinese medicine intervention group was better than the western medicine group;2 lung function results: no significant heterogeneity was included in the four studies,and the fixed effect model analysis showed Z= 5.87,P<0.00001,the lung ventilation function of the experimental group was better than the control group;3EOS results: there were heterogeneity in 5 studies(Chi2=23.16,P<0.01,I2=83%>50%),using random effects model analysis The results were Z=2.55,P=0.01<0.05,the test group improved better than the control group;4Ig E results: 3 cases were heterogeneous(Chi2=4.24,P=0.12,I2=53%>50%),randomized Effect model analysis,Z=2.68,P=0.007<0.01,Ig E improvement in the experimental group was better than the control group;(3)Instructor’s physique theory,hurricane Xuanfei,conditioning air machine method,etc.,in the "nose and lung integration" holistic view Under the guidance of the treatment,dynamic use of the party,flexible addition and subtraction.Conclusions:(1)TCM intervention in CARAS has certain advantages,which can effectively improve patients’ symptoms,pulmonary ventilation function and reduce blood EOS,Ig E,etc.;(2)Tutor treatment of CARAS with syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation of comprehensive clinical thinking,from the "intrinsic quality","endogenous wind lodging lung","nose-lung integration" theory to create "Xanther Sangmei Formula" series,on the treatment of airway allergic diseases,to obtain good treatment.Effectiveness can be used for reference.
