Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Internal Obstruction Of Phlegm In Patients With Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With ZeGe Tiaozhi Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Zege Tiaozhi decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)with phlegm turbid internal obstruction syndrome,and to analyze the specific changes of liver function,liver ultrasound and clinical symptoms in patients with NAFLD.To explore the theoretical basis of Zege Tiaozhi decoction in the treatment of NAFLD phlegm turbid internal obstruction syndrome,and to provide an effective prescription for the treatment of NAFLD with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 NAFLD patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).Among them,the treatment group was given Zege Tiaozhi decoction orally,and the control group was given silybin glucomethylamine orally for 12 weeks.After the end of the treatment cycle,the changes of a series of indexes before and after treatment were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Such as liver function indicators,liver color Doppler and other TCM syndrome changes,and based on this data for statistical analysis.Results:The results were as follows:(1)there was no significant difference in sex,age and course distribution between treatment group and control group(P>0.05),and the results were as follows:(1)there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05);(2)the general condition analysis before treatment: there was no significant difference in liver function,body mass index(BMI),total score of TCM symptoms and liver ultrasound between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)overall curative effect: the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group,and the curative effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)the therapeutic effect of liver function: the levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of ALT and AST in the treatment group was more effective than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the efficacy of GGT(P>0.05),and there was no improvement in the level of ALP in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);(5)the therapeutic effect of liver ultrasound: there was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,that of the control group was 66.67%,therefore,compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,the control group was 66.67%.The therapeutic effect was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(6)TCM symptom score: both groups alleviated the clinical symptoms of the patients(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the treatment group improved more significantly the following symptoms,such as right flank distension or discomfort,body posture obesity,abdominal distension,and the following symptoms were improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group.The two groups had the same effect on the improvement of burnout,weakness and dizziness and nausea(P>0.05),such as poor appetite,body weight and fecal viscosity(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)the curative effect of TCM syndrome: the effective rate of the treatment group was as high as 90%,that of the control group was 73.33%,so the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study shows that Zege Tiaozhi decoction has a significant clinical effect on NAFLD,can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of NAFLD patients,and improve liver function abnormality and liver ultrasound examination.In addition,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of taking the drug.Therefore,Zege Tiaozhi decoction is a safe,effective,non-toxic and side-effect prescription for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver phlegm obstruction,whichhas important clinical application value.
