Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Xixin Decoction In The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment After Stroke With Phlegm-turbid Internal Resistance

Purpose:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xixin Decoction and pure traditional Chinese medicine Xixin Decoction in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke of phlegm turbid internal resistance type,compare the improvement of cognitive function and activities of daily living of the two treatment methods,and analyze the theoretical basis of curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xixin decoction,Objective to provide reference for clinical practice of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Material and method:Patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke who were treated in the Department of encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected to meet the screening criteria of phlegm turbidity type.60 patients were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The number of patients in the observation group and the control group was 30.The patients in the two groups were treated with Xixin decoction,twice a day;the observation group was treated with acupuncture,once a day,30 minutes,5 days a week,2 days off,a total of 4 weeks.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated objectively by observing the mini mental state assessment scale score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score,activities of daily living score and efficacy evaluation.Adverse reactions were observed.Spss25.0 software was used to analyze the data,and then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:1.Case general information and baseline data comparability analysis: before treatment,the age,gender,self-education level,MMSE score,MOCA score and ADL score of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that P > 0.05,indicating that the differences were not statistically significant and comparable.2.Intra group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: after systematic treatment,the intra group indexes of the observation group and the control group were compared.It was found that the total score of Moca,MMSE score and ADL score were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)05;the comparison of indicators in the observation group before and after treatment found that in MOCA score,all indicators including visuospatial executive ability,naming,attention and calculation,language,abstraction,delayed memory,orientation level were increased in varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Before and after systematic treatment,compared with the indicators in the control group,it was found that in the MOCA score,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of abstract level,P > 0.05,while the scores of other indicators in the scale were improved in varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05.3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: after systematic treatment,the indicators between the observation group and the control group were compared.It was found that there were significant differences in MOCA total score,MMSE score and ADL score,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);among them,there were significant differences in visual spatial Executive ability,attention and calculation,delayed memory level in MOCA score,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Xixin decoction can improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.2.Acupuncture combined with Xixin decoction has obvious effect on improving the visual spatial executive ability,naming,attention and calculation,language,abstraction,delayed memory and orientation.3.The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve the cognitive ability and activities of daily living of mild cognitive impairment after stroke of phlegm turbid internal resistance type,and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine based on Xixin decoction,which can be further used in clinic.
