Objective:Understanding of colorectal cancer patients after surgery of demoralization status,to investigate the relationship between colorectal cancer patients after surgery of demoralization and social support and coping style,to analyze the main factors of colorectal cancer were missing records the status quo,to provide reference for patients with demoralization reduced levels of postoperative colorectal cancer.Method:Objective To investigate 220 patients with colorectal cancer who were hospitalized in the Department of Abdominal Surgery,Radiotherapy,Internal Medicine and Oncology of a Third-A General Hospital in Jiangxi Province and met the admission criteria after operation by using the method of objective sampling.The patients' general data questionnaire,Demoralization Scale(DS),Social Support Scale(SSRS)and Medical Coping Scale(MCMQ)were used to adjust the questionnaire.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software.Result:1.The total score of demoralization was(32.80±14.25).The dimension score of senselessness was as(1.05±0.68),Depression dimension score was(1.14±0.60),the score of failure dimension was(1.24±0.63),the score of helplessness dimension was(1.56±0.67),and the score of emotional insecurity dimension was(1.87±0.88).2.The total score of social support for patients with colorectal cancer after operation was(38.95±7.54).The score of the utilization dimension of support was(2.07±0.78).The score of objective support dimension was(3.21±0.90).The score of subjective support dimension was(3.73±1.06).The total score of coping style was(41.89±6.98),avoidance coping dimension was(2.06±0.54),face coping dimension was(2.09±0.57)and yield coping dimension was(2.13±0.67).3.Two independent samples t-test or one-way ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,sex,education level,family income percapita,treatment methods,stoma,complications and disease stages among patients with colorectal cancer after operation(P<0.05).4.Spearman correlation analysis showed that total score of demoralization was negatively correlated with total score of social support,subjective support,objective support and utilization of support(P<0.05),negatively correlated with coping style(P<0.05),and positively correlated with yield coping style(P<0.05).5.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of post-operative demoralization in patients with colorectal cancer were total score of social support(?=-0.328),yield(?=0.274),treatment(?=0.186),presence or absence of fistula(?=0.108),post-operative time(?=-0.166),family monthly income per capita(?=-0.108)and disease stage(?=0.105).58.3% variation can be predicted.Conclusion:1.The problem of post-operative loss of consciousness in patients with colorectal cancer is serious.52.3% of patients have high demoralization.2.The social support level of patients with colorectal cancer after operation is medium,and it is negatively correlated with the score of loss of consciousness,that is,the lower the level of social support,the more serious of demoralization of patients.3.The coping style of patients with colorectal cancer after operation is mainly yielding coping style,and the scores of facing and avoiding coping style are negatively correlated with the scores of losing consciousness,while the scores of yielding coping style are positively correlated with the scores of demoralization.4.Demoralization after colorectal cancer surgery is affected by family income per capita,treatment,length of time after surgery,presence or absence of fistula,stage of disease,social support and coping with surrender.The lower the average monthly income of the family,the more serious the patients with stoma,length of time after operation,complex treatment and serious stage of demoralization are.
