The Observation Of Clinical Evaluation In Varicose Vein Of Lower Extremities Patients Treated By New Nine Needles

Objective:This project designed to observe the clinical effect of the new nine-needle superior technique combination(magnetic round plum needle needle plus fire needle)in treating primary varicose veins of lower extremity,and VCSS,scale for the severity of clinical manifestation of vein was used.The quality of life questionnaire(CIVIQ-20)was used as an observation index to provide a standardized and optimized treatment scheme for varicose veins of lower extremities and to provide treatment ideas for clinical practice.Methods:In the clinical study,44 patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremities recruited by Shanxi Institute of Acupuncture and moxibustion and Internet were selected as the research objects,4 patients were dropped off,and the remaining 40 patients were investigated and collected according to the principles of clinical trial design.Filling out VCSS,CIVIQ-20 score scale,making relevant examination,filling out informed consent form,then using magnetic round plum needle to treat the varicose vein once and applying elastic bandage pressure bandage for one week,the second week to evaluate the curative effect.At the same time,the varicose veins with fire needle puncturing remained were given,the fourth week filled out the data of the scale,and the SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)among 40 patients with varicosity,12 cases were cured(30.0%),21 cases(52.5%)were effective,6 cases(15.0%)were effective.The total effective rate was 97.5%.(2)There was significant difference in the scores of venous severity and quality of life between two weeks after treatment(p<0.05),and the results of follow-up after 4 weeks were statistically significant compared with those after 2 weeks(p<0.05).The results show that the combined regimen can effectively reduce the severity of the patients' veins.(3)there were no complications such as infection and hematoma during and after treatment,and no syncope,shock and so on.Safe and reliable.Conclusion:(1)The combination of magnetic needle and fire needle can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with primary varicose veins of lower extremity.(2)through clinical research and statistical analysis,it is shown that the combination can be used to treat varicose veins of lower extremities with mild pain.The course of treatment is short and can be applied to clinical practice as a standardizedtreatment scheme.
