Objective:This study by observing the spirit of fire needle therapy and take medicine treatment the curative effect of simple varicose veins of lower limb, discusses fire needle therapy on the winner of the clinical treatment of simple varicose veins of lower limb, for the clinical treatment of lower extremity varicose veins extended a new thought of treatment, and provide a kind of simple operation, clinical efficacy, low cost of treatment effect.Methods:The study was a prospective randomized controlled trial method, in February2013-December2013period, through acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Hospital, Guangzhou, outpatient and inpatient acupuncture, collected60cases meet the diagnostic criteria for this study and Patient inclusion criteria for the study of this study. The method according to randomization,60patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of30patients in the control group of30patients. The treatment group received acupuncture treatments fire using fire needle acupuncture limb Ashi, a sea of blood points, Quchi,2times a week, eight times as a course of treatment, the total of a course of study; the control group Mai Spirit of drug treatment, oral medication,300mg/times,2times/day,30days for a course of treatment, this study a total of one course of treatment. Changes related indicators leg swelling observed two groups of patients before and after treatment (ankle length around), venous leg ulcer area, pain score, and finally the application spass17software for statistical analysis and other related data, draw appropriate conclusions.Results:1General Information The study is expected to collect60cases meet the criteria and inclusion criteria for the study of patients in this study, the final completion of57cases,3cases of total loss, the treatment group completed28cases, shedding two cases, the control group completed29cases, loss one case.
