Ojective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment of Vitiligo with milli-fire needle and plum-blossom needle and the influence on IL-17 in peripheral serum. Methods : Sixty-three patients with stable vitiligo who were eligible were randomly divided into three test groups, each of which was given 21 different treatments.Test group 1: millifire needle plus 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for external use, test group 2:Plum blossom needle plus 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for external use,the control group was given basic treatment only.Efficacy evaluation was performed at 4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment, and venous blood was collected before and after treatment. In addition,21 healthy normal people who passed the physical examination during the same period were selected to compare the levels of IL-17 in peripheral blood with those of vitiligo. Results: 21 cases were completed in test group 1,19 cases were performed in test group2,and 20 cases were performed in control group. There was no significant difference in general information among the three groups of patients(P> 0.05).Area comparison: The comparison of the white spot area before and after treatment in the two test groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The area of white spots on target skin lesions in the test group 1 was improved more than the test group 2 after 4 weeks of intervention. The white spot area was 0,4,8,and 12 weeks after treatment in the first and second groups The pairwise comparisons were statistically different(P <0.05).Comparison of curative effect:effective rate: 90.48% in test group 1,78.95% in test group 2 and 65.00% in control group, and the results were statistically different(P <0.05),There was a significant difference in the effective rates between the test 1 group and the control group and the test 2 group and the control group(P <0.05).The effective rate of the test 1 group was higher than that of the test 2 group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).IL-17 levels: The levels of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the three groups before treatment were higher than those in the healthy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-17 in peripheral blood decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Pairwise comparison showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the test 1 group and the control group, and the test 2 group and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Three groups of treatment methods are effective in treating vitiligo. The effect of the milli-fire needle combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of vitiligo is more significant, and the onset of treatment is shorter.and it can significantly reduce the level of IL-17 in the peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo. The mechanism of the treatment of vitiligo by milli fire needle may be related to the decrease of IL-17 level and the inhibition of melanocyte injury.
