Qingfei Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Cough And Fever Clinical Research

Objective:This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huayu Decoction in the treatment of children with cough and fever.Methods:This study used randomized controlled clinical trials,a total of 96 cases were included,all cases were from November 2017 to November 2018 in the pediatric outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,diagnosed as cough,and in line with the diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine Children with criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,shedding and rejection criteria.According to the random number grouping,the ratio of 1:1 was divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Qingfei Huayu Decoction;the control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution.Five days was a course of treatment,one course of treatment was continued,and the difference between the two groups was observed.The TCM syndrome scale was used for evaluation,and the results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS20.Results:(1)Before the treatment,the two groups of children were compared in terms of gender,age,duration of disease,cough syndrome and various syndrome scores.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of data were comparable.Can make statistical comparisons.(2)The therapeutic effect was evaluated by a course of treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate was 93% in the treatment group and 83% in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared by rank sum test.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of Qingfei Huayu Decoction is better than that in treating children with hot and cold lung cough.Oral solution of ambroxol hydrochloride.(3)According to the data test,after treatment for one courses,there were differences in the scores of the above symptoms and signs in cough,cough,pharyngitis,appetite,stool,lung sound(P<0.05).The improvement of the scores of symptoms and signs such as cough,cough,pharyngitis,appetite,stool,and lung sound was higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Qingfei Huayu Decoction is effective in treating children with cough and phlegm,and its total effective rate is 93%.The research shows that the total effective rate is higher than that of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution group.(2)The curative effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction is better than that of oral ambroxol hydrochloride in improving the cough,cough,pharyngeal,appetite,stool,lung sound and other symptoms and signs of cough in children.
