[Objective]Abdominal aortic aneurysm is a major and high-risk disease, and it has a high mortality rate and a low early diagnosis rate. Therefore, the analysis of early risk factors related to AAA is very important. The purpose of this paper is to compare the liver in AAA patients. The similarities and differences between renal cysts and healthy people.Whether liver and kidney cysts predict the risk of AAA has clinical application value, and it is expected to provide a reliable and practical predictor for AAA prevention.[Methods]This study used a retrospective case-control study.Experimental group(AAA group):The Department of Vascular Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, selected from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018,and confirmed AAA patients with complete thin-slice CT imaging data(116 patients)Left kidney atrophy, one patient lacked left kidney;did not meet the conditional rejection).Imaging criteria for imaging diagnosis of hepatic cysts:one or more circular,elliptical,water-like density,low-signal attenuation regions without separation and intracapsular structures, with diameter>4 mm under thin-layer CT examination;images of renal cysts The diagnostic diagnostic criteria are:a thin or elliptical low-attenuation signal area under thin-layer CT examination,no enhanced signal display,thin-walled features and a diameter>4 mm.In the control group(non-AAA group),116 patients with non-vascular surgery were consecutively treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University at the same time. The number of hepatic cysts, the maximum diameter of hepatic cysts, the number of renal cysts, and the maximum diameter of renal cysts were correlated with the diameter of abdominal aortic aneurysm and abdominal aortic aneurysm. In addition, the experimental group was divided into 5cm?and<5cm according to the diameter of abdominal aortic aneurysm, and the difference in the incidence of liver and kidney cysts and the maximum diameter and number of cysts in AAA patients were compared.[Results]There was no significant difference in gender and age between the experimental group(AAA group)and the control group(P=0.753,P=0.425,(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hepatic cyst between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.532).The incidence of renal cyst was statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group,P=0.011(P<0.05).).AAA group with different diameter groups, group I:<5cm and group ?:?5cm between liver cyst and renal cyst data using rank sum test, liver cyst number, hepatic cyst diameter, number of renal cysts, renal cyst diameter distribution difference Statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no correlation between the diameter of abdominal aortic aneurysm and the diameter of patients with hepatorenal cyst(P>0.05).[Conclusion]1.The prevalence of renal cysts in patients with AAA is significantly higher than that of the general population;2.The diameter of hepatic cysts, the number of hepatic cysts, the diameter of renal cysts, and the number of renal cysts in all age groups in the general population and AAA patients. There was no significant difference in distribution;3.There was no correlation between the diameter of abdominal aortic aneurysm and the incidence of hepatic and renal cysts and the diameter of hepatic and renal cysts.
