Objective:1.To investigate the distribution of TCM syndromes in 200 patients with CKD stage3~5 and its relationship with other related factors,to provide reference for the objectification and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic kidney disease, and to establish a complete TCM prevention and treatment program for chronic kidney disease. And Chinese medicine to provide new ideas for the use of drugs.2.Through the Delphi expert questionnaire method, the consensus of the clinical experts on the distribution of TCM syndromes in CKD 3~5 non-dialysis patients was obtained, and the clinical medication was guided by Sasuke.3.Compare the analysis results obtained by the Institute with the Delphi method and the distribution rules of TCM syndromes of CKD 3~5 non-dialysis patients, and obtain the similarities and differences between the two analysis results to confirm the The necessity, scientificity and accuracy of the research.Methods:1.Cross-sectional survey of symptoms, signs, tongue images, pulse, laboratory indicators(SCR,BUN,UA),gender, age, weight, primary disease, etc.in 200 patients with CKD stage 3~5 nondialysis,Statistics and correlation analysis were performed to observe the overall distribution of TCM syndromes in non-dialysis patients with CKD stage 3~5 and the correlation with other clinical observation indicators.2.Through the Delphi expert questionnaire survey,20 Chinese medicine clinical kidney disease experts(deputy senior or above)were recognized for the TCD 3~5non-dialysis patients with TCM syndromes.3.The Delphi method clinical expert consensus was compared with the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes of 200 patients with CKD stage 3~5 nondialysis obtained in this study to observe the consistency and difference between the two experimental results.Results:1.Regardless of the overall gender composition ratio of CKD 3 to 5 or the gender composition ratio of CKD 3,4 and 5,the proportion of males is significantly higher than that of females.2.Age has no effect on the degree of staging of CKD 3 ~ 5 non-dialysis patients.3.Spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome will gradually increase with the progress of CKD.4.As most medical practitioners realize, the TCM syndromes in CKD stage 3~5non-dialysis patients will have different status in CKD stages with the progress of CKD,and when with gender, age,This change is particularly evident and traceable after the primary disease is associated.
