Objective:1.Based on the literature research, based on the Delphi method to initially explore the classification and identification of TCM syndromes in children with influenza, laying the foundation for the development of diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes.2.Through the investigation and analysis of TCM syndromes in 200 clinical children with influenza, the consistency with questionnaire survey is evaluated to provide a reference for the formulation of TCM disease syndrome standards, and to preliminary explore the distribution characteristics of children’s influenza syndrome.Dialectical provides objective basis.Methods:1.Literature research: using "influenza, fashionable cold" and other search terms as a search term, searching for literature on children’s influenza in Chinese and English databases, screening the documents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, analyzing and summarizing the evidence of childhood influenza Pending classification and identification.2.Questionnaire survey: Based on previous literature research, organize and analyze the expert questionnaire, including the names of syndromes and syndrome performance, etc.,using the Delphi method,to investigate the disease in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine Pediatric experts with certain research conducted questionnaire surveys, and assigned scores and provided written supplementary opinions.A total of three expert questionnaire surveys were conducted. Each round of questionnaires used mean, rank sum, unimportant percentage, and coefficient of variation to observe expert opinions. The degree of concentration and coordination form the basis of classification and syndrome differentiation of children’s influenza TCM syndromes.3.Clinical research: Refer to the previous research, formulate a questionnaire on TCM syndromes of children ’s influenza, collect basic information, clinical symptoms, tongue and blood vessels and laboratory examination data of 200 outpatients with influenza, establish an information database, use SPSS20.0 software,Conduct frequency analysis and chi-square testto evaluate the consistency of clinical and questionnaire surveys.Results:1.Literature research: through searching Chinese and English databases,a total of 22,906 Chinese documents,239 English documents,9 manual books and guides were retrieved,a total of 23,154 documents were obtained, and 39 articles were finally included in the literature review and screening.62 types.2.Questionnaire survey: Based on the Delphi method,a total of three rounds of questionnaires were conducted.(1)The first round of questionnaires was formulated on the basis of literature research.A total of 44 questionnaires were distributed and 44 were recovered. The positive rate of experts is 100%.11,are: wind and cold beam syndrome, wind and heat offense card, external cold and internal heat syndrome, dampness and dampness syndrome, heat and toxic heat syndrome, evil drug offender stomach syndrome, poison heat invagination, internal and external closure syndrome, heart Syndrome of Deficiency of Yang Deficiency,Syndrome of Evil Trap,Syndrome of Love of Zheng Deficiency,Syndrome of Qi and Yin.(2)In the second round of questionnaire survey,44 questionnaires were issued,39 were recovered, and the expert positive coefficient was 88.6%.A total of 9 TCM syndrome types were identified, are: wind-cold beam syndrome,wind-heat offense syndrome, external cold internal heat syndrome, evil Stomach syndrome of poison, hot and flaming hot syndrome, intoxication of heat and heat, withdrawal of internal and external syndromes,heart-yang deficiency syndrome,evil-trapping yin-yin syndrome,Zhengxu evil-love syndrome.(3)In the third round of questionnaire survey,39 questionnaires were distributed and 36 were recovered. The expert positive coefficient was 92.3%.A statistical analysis of three rounds of questionnaires was conducted to determine a total of 9 syndrome categories for children’s influenza: wind-cold beam syndrome,wind-heat offense syndrome, external cold internal heat syndrome, evil drug offender stomach syndrome, heat poisoning lung syndrome, evil depression Jueyin syndrome, poison heat invagination, internal and external closure syndrome,heart-yang deficiency syndrome,Zhengxu evil love syndrome.3.Clinical study: The age of onset of the 200 influenza patients collected is mainlybetween 4 and 7 years old, with a male to female ratio of about 1:1.(1)According to the frequency of syndrome types, the following are the four types:wind-heat offense syndrome, external cold internal heat syndrome,wind-cold beam syndrome, evil poison offender stomach syndrome.(2)According to the frequency of syndromes, the order is: fever, cough, fatigue, runny nose.(3)The syndromes of different syndromes have different emphases. In addition to the common symptoms mentioned above, the wind and cold beam syndrome can show embarrassment and sneezing embolism;the wind and heat syndrome can show eye redness, dry throat, dry mouth and red tongue embolism;Cold internal heat syndrome can show embarrassment, nasal congestion, dry mouth, sore throat, pharyngeal red embolism;evil poison drug stomach syndrome can show nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, poor appetite embolism.(4)There is no obvious correlation between the distribution of syndrome types of children’s influenza and children’s age, fever, influenza virus test results, and disease course.Conclusion:1.According to the Delphi method, the TCM syndromes of influenza in children are divided into nine types, namely: wind cold syndrome, wind and heat offense syndrome, external cold internal heat syndrome, evil drug offender stomach syndrome, heat poisoning lung syndrome, evil depression Jue Yin syndrome, poison heat invagination, internal and external withdrawal syndrome,heart-yang deficiency syndrome,Zhengxu evil love syndrome.2.Clinical research results show that four common types of children’s influenza are wind-heat invading health syndrome, external cold and internal heat syndrome,wind-cold binding syndrome, and evil toxin invading stomach syndrome, which are basically consistent with the investigation and research of Delphi method;Syndrome types such as Jueyin syndrome, toxic heat invagination, internal closure and external exclusion,heart-yang deficiency and decline syndrome, and righteousness and evil love syndrome. There is no correlation between the distribution of children’s influenza syndromes and children’s age, fever, virus test results, and disease course. The results are considered to be related to the limitations of case selection, and need to be further verified by multi-center,multi-region,large-sample clinical studies.3.The clinical manifestations of influenza in children mainly include fever, cough, fatigue, and runny embolism.Wind cold syndrome is accompanied by bad cold,sneezing,etc.;wind-heat offense is accompanied by red eyes, dry throat, dry mouth, red tongue, etc.;external cold and internal heat syndrome is accompanied by bad cold, stuffy nose, dry mouth, sore throat, red throat, etc.;Stomach syndrome of evil drug criminal with nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, poor appetite.
