A Study On The Standardization Of Gout Syndrome By Delphi Method

Object:to study the standardization of TCM syndromes of gout by using Delphi method.It aims at forming broad consensus and clinically useful syndromes,which further provides a positive reference and guidance for the formation of a large-sample,long-course of treatment,high-quality gout clinical research and lays the foundation for fully playing the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseasesMethods:Based on the existing 1994 and 2008 edition of Chinese medicine industry standards of the classification about gout syndromes,Refer to other gout literature in recent years and develop the first round of expert questionnaires.The questionnaire structure takes a semi-closed and free-fill form,options are evaluated by gradient assignments.E-mail the questionnaires and recycle the first round of questionnaires.Use the excel to establish a database and evaluate the importance of the entries and expert opinions coordination by using summation(S),mean(M),standard deviation(σ),unimportant percentage(R)and coefficient of variation(CV)5 statistics and then get the first round results of expert consultation questionnaires.Based on the results of the first round of questionnaire and the amendments proposed by the experts,filter or supplement the entry to form a second round of expert consultation questionnaires.repeat the above procedure.Finally,the standardized syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is formed preliminarily and the project team further use the case investigation method to verify its clinical consistency.Results:a total of two rounds of expert research,from the questionnaire response,the first and second round of the positive coefficient of experts are 77.5%,94%,indicating that the enthusiasm of experts to participate in this study is high;from the professional aspects,engaged in traditional Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rheumatism professional experts accounted for the proportion of two rounds are 84%,83%;from the title,the proportion of senior titles are 94%,93%,indicating a good academic representative and authority.The entries were taken according to the summation and the mean,the unimportant percentage and the coefficient of variation in the two rounds questionnaires.After two rounds of questionnaires,The statistical score of retention type is S>41,R<0.10,CV<0.49.Then,the clinical consistency of syndromes is close to 100%.Conclusion:Delphi method can be effective,objective and extensive collection of expert opinion in the standardization of TCM syndromes.On the basis of the literature survey,after two rounds of expert questionnaires,the expert opinions are consistent,and five consensus syndromes(according to the grade and size)are obtained:damp heat syndrome,phlegm block,stasis syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and summarize the points of differentiation points to lay the foundation for the future standardized treatment of gout syndromes and provide methods for other diseases.
