Based On The Delphi Method, Research On The Analysis Of TCM Syndromes Of Hypoxia-related Pulmonary Hypertension

Purpose:To use the Delphi method to design the expert questionnaire and formulate the names of TCM disease and types of TCM syndrome of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension with a view to serving the clinic.Material and method:The Delphi method was used to design the expert survey questionnaire that presented in the first-round of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.Many aspects were included in the guideline such as the names of TCM disease and types of TCM syndrome.The survey questionnaire was sent to the panelists through email and SMS alerts.Questionnaires were statistically analyzed by Microsoft Office Excel 2003 for the frequency,mean(`X),standard deviation(S),road roughness coefficient(R%),coefficient of variation(CV)and other related indicators.The second rounds and the third round of questionnaires were designed to repeat and collect the statistical results in order to complete the proposal for the expert group and the final research plan was determined.Results: 1.Three rounds of questionnaires were distributed in 30 questionnaires,of which 28 were returned in the first round of questionnaires and 25 were returned in second and third rounds of questionnaires.The positive coefficients of the experts were 93.33%,83.33%,and 83.33% respectively.2.The statistical result of TCM disease name " asthma,lung distension,chest pain and shortness of breath " is S≥ 50% of the full score,`X≥1.3.The statistical results of the etiology,pathogenesis of disease and other indicators S ≥ 50% of the perfect score,`X ≥ 1.4.The TCM syndrome type " Lung kidney qi deficiency syndrome,including both syndromes: blood stasis syndrome,phlegm syndrome;phlegm and blood stasis obstructs the lung syndrome and Yang deficiency fluid overflowing syndrome." statistical results S≥ 50% of the full score,`X ≥ 1.Conclusion: 1.The TCM disease name of Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension is attributed to “asthma,lung distension,chest pain and shortness of breath ".2.The TCM pathogenesis of Hypoxic Pulmonary hypertension is a total of " prolonged illness,damage of healthy qi,loss of visceral qi,phlegm and blood stasis,block blood,obstruction of the meridians ",Because deficiency of root cause and excess of symptoms.Deficiency is based on qi deficiency and yang deficiency.Excess is based on to phlegm,blood stasis and fluid.The disease is responsible for the lung,heart and kidney and involve the spleen and liver.3.The TCM syndrome type of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension can be summarized as " Lung kidney qi deficiency syndrome,including both syndromes: blood stasis syndrome,phlegm syndrome;phlegm and blood stasis obstructs the lung syndrome and Yang deficiency fluid overflowing syndrome”...
