| Purposes1.Based on a large number of literature,we tend to summarize the general knowledge of Chinese and Western medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,anatomy,pathophysiology,diagnosis,as well as a variety of Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods.2.We tend to observe the clinical symptoms,signs and life quality of patients with lumbar inter-vertebral disc herniation(hanshibizu type),who take "Chinese medicine granules-yaotongshu" and " Celecoxib capsules" separately,and analyze the differences between the two groups of patients,in order to explore the reliable and effective method to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods1.Literature Review:Through the search of the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI,package library)to collect a large number of documents on the literature of lumbar disc herniation,we will summarize and carry out a literature study on the disease.2.Clinical study:According to the strict diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Weste rn medicine,we will collect the data of 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Mentor outpatient.Patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group take orally the "Chinese medicine granules yaotongshu"(Chuanwu 15g,danfupian 10g,ginger 10g,Zhigancao 10g,Ephedra 10g,centipede 2g,scorpion 2g,zaocys 3g,Asarum 5g,cinnamon 5g,radix paeoniae alba 10g,Astragalus membranaceus 20g)one dose per day,twice daily.The control group take orally "Celecoxib capsules",two each time,two times a day.Before taking the medicine the information of two groups of patients are alike,including sex ratio,age,duration of disease,as well as pre-treatment VAS visual score,and JOA score.Oswestry dysfunction indices are recorded for statistical analysis,to examine whether two groups of patients have differences.After the two groups taking medication for two weeks,we record the VAS visual score,JOA score,and Oswestry disability index and the criterion of curative effect on the disease.These data will be used to statistically compare the differences between two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Results1.Statistical analyses were comparable and showed that the two groups of patients are indifferent in gender ratio,age distribution,duration of the disease and VAS visual score,JOA score,Oswestry dysfunction indices before the treatment,with P value bigger than 0.05.2.Eff-icacy evaluation of VAS visual scoreBefore treatment,the observation group and the control group of patients with VAS score VAS score data by statistical analysis,two groups of patients before and after treatment were normal before treatment,the VAS score of the two groups by t test showed no significant difference between the two,p>0.05,comparable,two groups of patients before and after treatment VAS score by t test the P values were less than 0.01,that there were differences in two groups before and after treatment,after two weeks of treatment,the statistical analysis shows that the P<0.05 VAS scores of two groups,they have differences.3.Efficacy evaluation of JOA scoreBefore treatment,the JOA scores of the observation group and the control group were all normal after statistical analysis.Before treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were obtained by t test,P>0.05 was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.Two groups of patients before and after treatment JOA score of the two groups of P value of the statistical analysis are less than 0.01,two groups of patients before and after treatment with significant difference in statistics,after two weeks of treatment,the observation group J.A score and JOA score of control group by independent sample t test showed p<0.05,two groups of patients after treatment score difference.4.Efficacy evaluation of Oswestry dysfunction indicesBefore treatment,the observation group and the control group of patients with ODI score after statistical analysis can meet the normality of the two groups before treatment ODI index by t test analysis p>0.05,not statistically significant,the two groups were comparable in the two groups before and after treatment,the ODI index of the statistical analysis of P values were<0.01,indicating after treatment,the two groups of patients with ODI index before treatment was significantly different,after two weeks of treatment,the observation group and the control group the ODI index ODI index by the independent samples t test showed that p<0.05,two groups of patients are different after treatment by different methods.5.Comparisons of overall efficacy evaluationIn the observation group,7 cases were cured,16 cases markedly improved,5 cases improved,and 2 cases ineffective;while in the control group,4 cases cured,11 cases markedly improved,9 cases improved and 6 cases ineffective.The data of two groups obtained by rank sum test showed that Z =-2.08,p<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.The effective rate of the observ ation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80%,indicating that the observation group had better curative effect than the control group.6.Adverse reactionsAfter two weeks,results of the blood,biochemical and other laboratory test s of the two groups of patients,showed no significant changes compared with that before the treatment,and non-allergenic and no gastrointestinal reactions occurred.Conclusions1."Chinese medicine granules-yaotongshu" and "Celecoxib capsules" both ca2.n improve(hanshibizu type)lumbar disc herniation in patients with back pain symptoms,improve patients' life quality,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.2.Analysis of the indicators of the two groups of patients after treatment,the curative effect is better that oral Chinese medicine granules shoebil oral lumbago Celecoxib Capsules significantly,and good safety,no adverse reaction and good safety,no adverse reaction,patient satisfaction was high,suitable for conservative treatment of patients is worthy to be popularized. |
