The Rapeutic Effect Of Clearing Away Stagnation Heatpromoting Qi And Eliminating Distension On Chronic Pancreatitis Of Stagnation Of Liver And Fire Type

1.Research purposesTo observe the clinical efficacy of clearing away stagnant heat and promoting qi and eliminating distension in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis of stagnation of liver and fire type,and to explore its effectiveness and mechanism of action,and to prove that it is an effective method for clinical treatment of stagnation of liver and fire type of chronic pancreatiti s.2.Research methodsA total of 70 patients with chronic pancreatitis of liver stagnation and fire type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group from January 2018 to January 2019 in the Department of Liver,Gallbladder,Spleen and Stomach,Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was given self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the treatment methods of clearing away stagnation heat and promoting qi and eliminating swelling,while the control group was given Qingyi Lidan Granule,a Chinese patent medicine,for eight weeks.According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the observation contents were formulated,including the laboratory examinations of fasting serum amylase,serum lipase,urine amylase,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,abdominal ultrasound,abdominal CT and other imaging changes.The clinical symptoms of TCM were evaluated by the quantitative g rading criteria of TCM symptoms and signs.All the above were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical method in order to prove the curative effect.3.Research resultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.41%,which was higher than that of the control group(89.49%).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had obvious advantages in abdominal fullness,humic acid,dry mouth and bitter mouth,irritability,fever and red urine(P < 0.05).The treatment advantage of irritability was more prominent(P < 0.01).The laboratory indexes of the two groups including serum amylase,urinary amylase,serum lipase,triglyceride and fasting blood glucose were significa-ntly decreased before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The effect of the treat-ment group on improving serum lipase was especially significant compared with the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).4.Research conclusions(1)The clinical symptoms and signs of chronic pancreatitis with stagnation of liver and fire can be significantly improved by using the methods of clearing away stagnation and heat and promoting qi and eliminating distension as the guiding principles.(2)The self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of clearing away stagnant heat and promoting qi and eliminating swelling has the effect of improving and repairing pancreatic injury,and has a significant effect on restoring pancreatic function.
