Discussion About The Correlation Of PGE1 With CD And Observation On The Treatment Of GD By The Method Of Clearing Liver Heart And Reducing Fire

Objection:1.Observation on the treatment of Graves Disease of liver fire flaring up syndrome by the method of Clearing liver heat and Reducing fire;2.Comparison on the difference of Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) between the patients who have Graves Disease(GD) and normal adults, discussion about the correlation of PGE1 with the laboratory parameters of thyroid in patients with GD.Method:1.First, collect 52 patients who have newly diagnosed of GD or patients with recurrence GD but within three months of not taking anti-thyroid drugs or Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),22 cases in the test group,30 case in the control group, Western based therapy and TCM in the test group while Western based therapy in the control group, and then detect thyroid function and score the symptoms of the patients according to Symptoms of Hyperthyroidism Classification Quantization before and after treatment, at last analyze statistical significance.2.Collect 28 patients who have GD and 20 normal adults, compare the differences of PGE1 between the two groups and discussion about the correlation of PGE1 with the laboratory parameters of thyroid in patients with GD by stastistical methods.Results:1.Compare with the control group, patients'clinical effection was improved apparently in the test group, P<0.05. Compare with the control group, patients'thyroid function was improved apparently, among which there were significant stastistical differences of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and TMAb, P<0.05, while FT3,TGAb and TRAb had no significant stastistical differences, P>0.05.2.The concentration of PGE1 in GD patients was higher than that in normal adults, although there were no significant stastistical differences, P>0.05. There was no correlation of PGE1 with the laboratory parameters of thyroid in patients with GD, P>0.05.Conclusion:1.Comparing with the control group, the method of Clearing liver heat and Reducing fire the test group treating Graves Disease of liver fire flaring up syndrome has significant differences in the part of the differences before and after treatment of TSH, TMAb and Clincial Syndrome Scores,which indicates the method of Clearing liver heat and Reducing fire may be as an effective method of treating Graves Disease of liver fire flaring up syndrome 2. Comparing with the control group, PGE1 has no significant difference in GD group,so PGE1 can not be as a diagnostic indicator of GD.
