Clinical Observation Of Shenyan Xiaobai Decoction In The Treatment Of Spleen-kidney Deficciebcy And Dampnessturbidity Type IgA Nephropathy Proteinuria

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of shenyan xiaobai prescription by observing the therapeutic effect of shenyan xiaobai prescription on IgA nephrotic proteinuria with deficiency of spleen and kidney and dampness and turbidness.Methods:According to strict diagnostic criteria for this study included 30 patients with IgA nephropathy,using their comparison before and after the treatment,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of nephritis white elimination treatment,before the treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,2 4 hours urinary protein in patients with quantitative testing,symptoms before and after the treatment the total integral and individual symptom integral comparison,in the process of treatment in patients with liver and kidney function,the security indexes such as blood pressure monitoring,through the data via SPSS21.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:The quantitative detection of urine protein at 24 hours before and after treatment showed that the quantitative detection of urine protein at 24 hours before treatment was 1.67±0.45,and that at 24 hours after treatment was 1.25±0.45.The quantity of urine protein decreased significantly 24h after treatment.According to the comparison of TCM syndromes,the total score was 20.79±3.98 before treatment and 13.76±6.46 after treatment.The total score of TCM symptoms after treatment was significantly changed compared with that before treatment.According to the comparison of single score of TCM syndromes,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased after treatment compared with before treatment.According to the therapeutic evaluation standards of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the total effective rate of shenyanxinobai prescription was 96.67%.Conclusion:1.Nephritis xiaobai prescription can reduce the spleen and kidney deficiency wet turbidness intrinsic IgA nephrotic proteinuria.2.Nephritis xiaobai prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of IgA nephrotic proteinuria with deficiency of spleen and kidney and moist turbidness.
