Nephritis 2 Prevention And Treatment Of Iga Nephropathy Rats Experimental Research

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevention and therapy effect of SHENYAN 2 treating IgA nephropathy rat to intially reasearch the possible mechanism.METHODS: Female SD rats 40(weight 140±10g) are divided into 4 groups: normal group(N,n=10), model group(M,n=10), cntrolled group of Fosinopril (FS,n=10), treated group of SHENYAN 2 (SY,n=10) .Replicating IgA nephropathy by taking orally acidified water (containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin-BSA) every other day and time-controlled vein injecting PBS buffer (containing 1 % bovine serum albumin) after six weeks (one time every day, continuous 3 days ), it takes 12 weeks.The treated , cntrolled groups are oralled decoction of SHENYAN 2(15g/kg) and Fosinopril (4.17mg/kg) respectively at the beginning of replicating model (one time per day); M group is treated nothing; N group is only presented with plain acidified water alternate day. Examine urine analysis and 24 hour proteinuria(24h Upro)amount from the end of 7th to 12th week, Finnally observe the kidney tissue histopathology and the expression of α -smooth muscle actin( α -SMA) in the glomerular by light microscope,immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry;and examine blood cell count ,blood liver and kidney function.RESULTS: 1. It is found the four groups have no hematuria; proteinuria is found in the other groups except the normal group.2.
