ObjectivesTo understand the psychological status of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and explore the influence of the focused solution mode on the stigma, anxiety, depression and social support of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,so as to provide a scientific and effective psychological nursing mode to reduce the stigma, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve social support.Methods(1)Current Situation Investigation: From March 2019 to June 2019,102 clinic patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who visited their physicians in Gynaecological Clinic of Hunan Third Class A Hospital were conveniently selected as the investigation objects. The general data questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used as the research tools to investigate the anxiety, depression, social support and their influencing factors.(2)Experimental research: From July 2019 to December 2019,80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected in Gynaecological Clinic of Hunan Third Class A Hospital. They were divided into control group and intervention group with 40 participants in each group according to the order of visits. The control group were adopted conventional psychological nursing measures, while the intervention group were adopted "focused solution model" psychological nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The number of people with stigma, anxiety score, depression score and social support rating scale score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.(3)Statistical analysis: SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data adopts the mean plus or minus the standard deviation, and the counting data adopts rate or composition ratio for statistical description.Analysis methods include T test,chi-square test, and analysis of variance. The difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results(1)Among the 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,45 had anxiety, accounting for 44.12%,and the SAS standard score was 51.11±8.49.There were49 patients with depression, accounting for 48.04%,and the SDS standard score was 53.02±7.72.There were 33 patients with disease stigma, accounting for32.4%.And the score of social support was 35.91±5.76.Exercise and stigma were common influencing factors of anxiety, depression and social support, and social support are negatively correlated with anxiety and depression.(2)Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in general information, the number of people with stigma, anxiety and depression scores, and social support scores(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group(49.25±7.79,52.03±4.45)were significantly lower than those of the control group(53.45±6.95,59.05±4.73),and the social support rating scale scores(40.23±4.90)were significantly higher than those of the control group(37.17±4.94),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of people with stigma(P>0.05).After the intervention, the number of people with stigma within the group decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome generally have negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, low social support, and some patients have varying degrees of disease stigma. Therefore, effective clinical intervention measures are urgently needed.(2)Compared with conventional psychological nursing measures, the focused solution model can effectively mobilize the potential of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, exert their subjective initiative, and it has better effects in alleviating patients’ sense of disease shame, relieving anxiety and depression, and improving social support, which is worthy of promotion and application.
