Clinical Observation Of Bufei Huoxue Capsules Combined With Azithromycin In The Treatment Of Stable COPD

Background Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a serious health hazard of common diseases and frequently-occurring disease,its incidence and morbidity is higher,so far the treatment effect is not very ideal.Large amount of evidence support that that 14,15 macrolide antibiotic has immunological regulation and anti-inflammatory effect,and the chronic inflammatory disease in the lung includes diffuse pan-bronchitis bronchitis(DPB),cystic fibrosis(CF),asthma,etc.,with good clinical effect.The researchers have discovered that azithromycin can enhance the immune function of patients with COPD,which can accelerate the removal of the pathogenic bacteria in the body,significantly reducing the risk of lung infection in the COPD,improving the patient's lungs,accelerating the repair of the lungs,and,in contrast to the erythromycin,roerythromycin,and the other,it has the tissue permeability,the high concentration of the blood drug,and the antibacterial effect.At the same time,a large number of studies indicate that the addition of lung blood-activating capsules can obviously reduce the whole blood viscosity of patients with COPD stabilization period,reduce the level of serum proinflammatory factor,increase the level of inhibitory factor,delay the reduction of pulmonary function,effectively control the development of disease,improve the quality of life of patients,and be a safe and effective therapeutic drug in clinical practice.However,there have been few reports on the application of azithromycin tablets combined with bufei huoxue capsule in COPD.Objective To explore the effect of azithromycin combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods 128 patients with COPD at stable stage and met standard were collected from June 2014 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group.General information of the two groups were comparable.All the patients received smoking cessation intervention.The patients of control group received tiotropium bromide and azithromycin on the basis of conventional therapy for 6 months.The patients of observation group received Bufei Huoxue Capsule on the basis of control group for 1 years.The serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),6-Minute Walk Test(6MWT),modified British medical research council(m MRC)were compared.Results There were 9 cases shedding in control group,3 cases in research group,128cases(61 ceses in control group,67 cases in research group)were complete the study.The efficiency was 92.54% in research group,80.33% in control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the level of CRP in control group were significantly higher than that of in research group(P<0.05),the results were same to PEF?FEV1?FEV1/FVC(P<0.05),however,it was opposite to AECOPD(P<0.05).Meanwhile,1 cases had skin rash in control group,2 cases had mild nausea in research group,there were not serious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with azithromycin tablets is safety and effeciency to stable COPD,it could less the levels of inflammatory factors,improved the functions of lung.
