The Effect Of Bufei Yishen Ointment On The "patient Report Outcome" Of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Stable Stage

ObjectiveThe observation is aimed at studying the Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lu-ng and the Kidney in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization patient-s with Lung,spleen and kidney(qi)deficiency and the influence on PROs of Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation.The article is focused on the exploration of the Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney in chronic obs-tructive pulmonary disease stabilization mechanism.MethodThe study select 120 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization patients with Lung,spleen and kidney deficiency.they are randomly divided into two groups.The first group uses the Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney,and the second group use Jinshuibao capsule.Collect the patient’s PRO of Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation,COPD Assessment Test,Modified British Medicine research council scale,lung-function testing After eight weeks.All data are conducted by statistical software SPSS21.0 Analysis.Results1.PRO of Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation: after treatment.the PRO of Chinese medicine curative effect-t evaluation were better than before treatment in two groups of patients(P<0.05).Comparison between two groups after treatment.The group of the Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney was better than the group of Jinshuibao capsule(P<0.05).the levels of TCM symptoms,body health and medical evaluation were improved in two groups(P<0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment,The group of Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney was better than the group of Jinshuibao capsule(P<0.05).2.Lung function assessment: after treatment,two groups of patients with FEV1/pred and FEV1/FVC were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).there was no obvious difference between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.COPD Assessment Test: The scores of COPD Assessment Test were declined in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The decrease was greater in the group of the Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney than the group of Jinshuibao capsule(P<0.05).4.Medicine research council scale: after treatment,Modified British Medicine research council scale of the treatment group is better than before the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between pre therapy and post-treatment in Modified British Medicine research council scale of the control group(P>0.05).ConclusionThe Herbal Paste of Invigorate the Lung and the Kidney can improve PROs of Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization patients with Lung,spleen and kidney deficiency.It can improve the levels of TCM symptoms,body health,COPD Assessment Test medical evaluation and Modified British Medicine research council scale of the patients.it can relief symptoms of the patients and has a good effect on improving the quality of life,the curative effect and the medical satisfaction of the patients.
