The Study Of Clinical Curative Effect Observation And Mechanism Of Jinlong Gecko Asthma Calming Capsule On Patients Of Copd In Stable Stage

Objective To offer the test support on applying Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule widely and reasonably to clinic by observing the clinical efficacy of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) prescription on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in stable stage;To discuss the action mechanism of COPD patients in stable stage intervened by Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule by detecting the horizontal decalage of IL-8,TNF-a and hs-CRP in the serum of the COPD patients.Method Selecting both 80 patients in the ward and outpatient of the Cadres respirator internal medicine ward Dept of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and divided randomly into control group and treatment group(40 patients for each group) based on “chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2013 Edition)” and "chronic obstructive disease of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2011 Edition)".Control group:The package of TCM placebo capsule(produced by preparation center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine)and Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule is identical. The usage is three to four capsule three times daily and a six-month course.Treatment group: The usage of Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule(produced by preparation center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine)is three to four capsule three times daily and a six-month course.when in the outpatient(or leaving the hospital when the disease is under control) and 6 months after treatment of the 80 COPD patients,taking 2ml venous blood with an empty stomach, separating serum by centrifuge,and preserving it in-80 ℃after packing.Detecting IL-8 and TNF-α by double antibody step clip way ELISA and recording pulmonary ventilation function FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%;Observing and recording the walk distance in 6 minutes and the respiratory frequency and heart rate of before and after test evaluation; recordingand measuring the height and weight of COPD patients,according to the weight/height square meter(kg/m2);evaluating clinical symptoms and body sign by using CAT assessment questionnaire; Recording TCM symptomatology.The data result is processed by SPSS17.2 software.Result 1.The influence of Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule on clinic symptoms,body signs and TCM symptomatology integral of COPD patients in stable stage. After treatment, there were obvious improvements on CAT clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms integral of two groups(the control group and the treatment group),which indicated that the treatment of two groups are effective,and the CAT clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms integral of the treatment group was highly improved compared with the control group and the difference,with statistical significance. 2.The influence of Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule on BMI and 6MWD of COPD patients in stable stage After treatment,the BMI index in the control group was no obvious difference before and after treatment,with no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the BMI index in the treatment group was obviously improved after treatment,with statistical significance.(P<0.05).It is statistically significative. The 6MWD was obvious difference in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and after treatment,the improvement of 6MWD in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01),with statistical significance. 3.The influence of Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule on the lung function of COPD patients After treatment,the FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC% and FEV1%Pred in the control group were no obvious difference before and after treatment(P>0.05)and the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC% after treatment in the treatment group were obviously improved than before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical significance,which indicated that Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule was better than the control group in improving thelung function of COPD patients in stable stage. 4.The influence of Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule on IL-8,TNF-a and CRP of COPD patients After treatment,the IL-8,TNF-a and CRP both in the control and treatment group were obviously reduced.(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was much more effective,which indicated that the improvement of IL-8,TNF-a and CRP in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion 1.Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule can improves the clinical symptoms,TCM symptomatology integral,lung function,BMI and 6MWD of COPD patients in stable stage,malnutrition of the patients and the life quality of the patient. 2.Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule can reduces the expression level of IL-8,TNF-a and CRP of COPD patients in stable stage to a certain degree. 3.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment plus Jin Long Gecko asthma calming capsule is worthy of promotion and application.
