Clinical Observation On San Fu Paste Combined With Bufei Huoxue Capsule In The Treatment Of COPD

ObjectiveUsing Chinese medicine application of San Fu paste combined with oral Bufei Huoxue capsule in the treatment of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Through observing the clinical efficacy of paste outside and oral drugs in the treatment of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,to further explore its internal mechanism of action mechanism,and to provide new ideas and direction for the prevention and treatment of COPD Chinese medicine.Methods1.70 patients with COPD stable diagnostic criteria were se lected.The disease grade was grade I ~ III,and the stage was stable.All patients were randomly divided into two groups acco rding to the order of treatment.The treatment group and the co ntrol group are all35 cases.There were no significant differen ces in the age,sex,course of disease,grade of disease,TCM s ymptom score,quality of life score and 6minute walking distan ce before and after treatment.There was no significant differe nce between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide 18ug(trade name: Si Boeringer Ingelheim)for 1 day.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine San Fu paste combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule.Sophoric topical application: Drugs from the mustard seeds,Corydalis,Asarum,Kansui,cinnamon,e tc.grinding into fine powder,and then stir and mix with ginge r juice,made of paste;2015 to 2016 early volts,in the volts,the first day of the end of the application;acupoints for the bilateral lofty,Feishu,Jueyin Shu,Shenshu,if the gas was s ignificantly plus plus asthma,sputum volume Plus sponge;each application time is 24 hours,if applied after the skin itchin g unbearable,burning pain should be immediately removed,the a pplication of special unwell who may be appropriate to extend t he time,but not more than 6 hours The Bufeihuoxue capsule(fro m Astragalus,red peony,psoralen composition,Guangdong lofty Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)Oral: 3 times a day,each 4.2 groups were 2 years for a course of treatment,a course of treatment to assess its clinical efficacy.Two groups of patients during the treatment need to quit smoking,avoid cold,fasting spicy f ood,so as not to affect the observation effect.3.Effectiveness: the main clinical symptoms improved,the ef ficacy index> 30,and <70%;invalid: no improvement in clinical symptoms,efficacy index <30%.4.Statistical analysis: The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 s tatistical software.Count data using X2 test,measurement data using t test.Results1.In this study,the treatment group was markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 19 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total effective rate was 77.14%;control group markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 17 cases,invalid 10 cases,the total effe ctive rate was 71.43%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P> 0.05).The e ffects of two groups are equivalent.2.Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chi nese medicine syndrome scores are different before the differen ce(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the contr ol group.3.The quality of life scores of the two groups were differe nt before treatment(P <0.05),and the quality of life of the t reatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.Two groups of patients after treatment within one year th e number of colds were reduced before(P <0.05).The number of colds in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.5.Two groups of patients after 6 minutes of walking distance were increased(P <0.05).The walking distance of the treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group.ConclusionThe study shows that topical San Fupaste combined with Bufei Huoxue Capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has its advantages,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the number of acute attacks,improve athletic endurance and quality of life,compared with the use of Western medicine treatment is significant.In the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stability,through the internal and external treatment at the same time,regulating humanbody immune function,reconcile qi and blood of meridian,enhancing human righteousness,improving the ability to resist evils,it is worth to further promote the use of clinical.
