Effect Of Tongdu Jiangya Acupuncture Method On Blood Pressure Level In Patients With Hypertension And Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:This experiment collected and analyzed 60 patients who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation and Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to January 2019,and treats hypertension with cervical vertebrae.In patients,the patient's cervical spine function is improved to lower blood pressure,and the clinical antihypertensive effect of the method is clarified,and the clinical application of the new method is provided.Methods:Basic treatment:oral amlodipine besylate tablets(Norvasc)5mg(Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,approval number:H10950224),oral 15 minutes before breakfast,once a day,7 times a week,10 times for a course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment.Control group:only basic treatment was performed.Test group:Tongdu Jiangya Acupuncture method combined with basic treatment.Selecting points:main points:Yintang,Baihui,Dazhui;matching points:wind pool,neck ridge(C2-C5),positioning of acupoints refer to "National Standards of the People's Republic of China"Method of operation:Select acupuncture needle 1.5 inch(0.30mm*40mm,Suzhou Medical Products Factory Co.,Ltd.production)needle acupuncture acupuncture points,conventional acupuncture,Dazhui acupoints do not leave needles,the rest of the points are gas(local sensation,pain,pain)Yintang and Baihui are a group,and the left and right sides of the cervical temple are connected to each other.The electroacupuncture treatment instrument(manufactured by Nanjing Komatsu Medical Instrument Research Institute,model:XS-998B04)selects continuous wave(f2,frequency is 2-4Hz).),the intensity of electroacupuncture treatment is adjusted to the patient's tolerance.The needle is energized for 30 minutes,treated once a day,5 times a week,10 times for one course of treatment,and 2 courses for continuous treatment.Results:1.Daily blood pressure:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were lower in the experimental group than in the control group and the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.24H ambulatory blood pressure:At the end of the treatment group,the mean blood pressure,mean nocturnal blood pressure and overall blood pressure were lower than the pre-treatment and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood pressure curve,the improvement of blood pressure rhythm in the experimental group before and after treatment was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Cervical dysfunction index(NDI)questionnaire score:The score of NDI questionnaire at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment was lower than that before treatment and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Du's Hypertension Quality of Life Scale:The scores of Du's hypertension quality at the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those before treatment and the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tongdu Jiangya Acupuncture can reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension and cervical spondylosis,has a certain long-term effect,and can adjust the blood pressure curve to return to normal;2.Tongdu Jiangya Acupuncture can improve the cervical function of patients with hypertension and cervical spondylosis;3.Tongdu Jiangya Acupuncture can improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension and cervical spondylosis.
