Clinical Study On The Treatment Of The Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis By The Tongdu Rotary Wrenching In Supine Position

Objective:By comparing the curative effect,maneuverability and clinical safety of the Tongdu rotary wrenching in supine position with the conventional massage in the treatment of the neck type of cervical spondylosis.Finally,it can explore a effective,simple and non-invasive treatment for the neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 cases of the neck type of cervical spondylosis during the period from January 2018 to December 2018 in the out-patient department of massage department of Shanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected.Strictly follow the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.All selected patients voluntarily sign informed consent.The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the last digit of their outpatients' registered single-stream water number,single-digit and even-digit were selected into the contrast group and the treatment group,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group.There were 30 cases in the contrast group(the simple routine massage group)and 30 cases in the treatment group(the Tongdu rotary wrench in supine position group).One course of treatment was performed for 7 consecutive times on Monday,Wednesday and Friday of each week.Patients in both groups received one course of treatment.Observation indicators:SF-MPQ score was performed before and after the first treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods in relieving the pain degree of it immediately.Before and after one course of treatment,SF-MPQ score and NDI score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two methods in the treatment of it.Results: 1.The results of statistical analysis showed that the general data of the two groups,including sex,age,height,weight,course of disease and severity of reaction symptoms,were SF-MPQ score before treatment and NDI score.The results showed that the general data of the two groups were well balanced and comparable.2.SF-MPQ score: Before and after the first treatment,the SF-MPQ scores were analyzed and compared in the two groups respectively.The statistical results showed that all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After the first treatment,the SF-MPQ scores between the two groups were analyzed and compared.The statistical results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The SF-MPQ scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after one course of treatment.The statistical results showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After a course of treatment,the SF-MPQ scores of the two groups were compared,and the statistical results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.NDI score: Before and after one course of treatment,the NDI scores in the two groups were analyzed and compared respectively.The statistical results showed that all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);After one course of treatment,the NDI scores between the two groups were analyzed and compared.The statistical results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: 13 patients,13 patients,and 4 patients were cured,improved,and ineffective in the conventional massage group,the overall effective rate was 86.7%;The patients in the Tongdu rotary wrench in supine position were cured,improved,and ineffective in 19 cases,10 cases,and 1 case,respectively.The overall effective rate was 96.7%.The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared,and the statistical results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that the treatment of the neck type of cervical spondylosis with the Tongdu rotary wrench in supine position and the conventional massage method is affirmative.The both can alleviate neck pain and improve cervical dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis,but the effect of the supine supine position on the immediate analgesia and improvement of patients' symptoms is more significant.At the same time,it also shows that the Tongdu rotary wrench in supine position can significantly enhance the clinical treatment effect of it.It can Help shorten the course of the disease while minimizing the bad stimulation of the cervical spine.Therefore,it is safe and reliable,and its operation is simple,the price is low,the green is safe,no toxic and side effects,the patient is easy to accept,and can be clinically promoted.
