Objective:To understand the status quo of clinical interns' medical professionalism by self-evaluation and teacher evaluation,and to explore the relevant influencing factors of medical professionalism among clinical interns,and the influence of humanistic care ability on medical professionalism.At the same time,it puts forward targeted suggestions for the improvement of medical professionalism,and then provides a theoretical basis for the humanities education of medical colleges,the cultivation of medical professionals,and the construction of medical professionalism.Methods:Extensive access to medical professionalism and other aspects of the literature,for the study to provide theoretical reference and basis.Two rounds of questionnaires were conducted among clinical interns in Jilin University,Shenyang Medical College and Qiqihar Medical College by convenient sampling.The first round was self-evaluation of clinical interns,which included basic information of clinical interns,medical professionalism scale and humanistic caring ability scale,the second round was evaluation of teaching teachers,which included basic information of teacher and medical professionalism scale.A total of 480 questionnaires were distributed and 447 valid questionnaires were collected.Epidata 3.0 was used to establish the database,and the data were double-entered,and SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistics are used for the general data of respondents.Independent t-test or variance analysis was performed on the medical professionalism of clinical interns of different school,sexes,etc.The relationship between medical professionalism self-evaluation,teacher evaluation and with correlation analysis.The factors influencing the medical professionalism of clinical interns were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The status of medical professionalism of clinical interns: The average score of medical professionalism of 447 clinical interns in this survey was(119.59±13.14),and the scores from high to low in each dimension were: respect for others(18.18±2.19),pursuit of excellence and excellence(16.61±2.14),benevolence The heart is good at communication(8.26±1.20),honor and integrity(28.89±3.51),altruism(16.42±2.02),leadership(12.27±1.67),and due diligence(20.32±2.77).The scores of medical professionalism self-evaluation of clinical interns(128.61±14.99),teachers' evaluation(117.33±12.91),medical professionalism and its dimensions were significantly different between them(t=12.045,10484,11.119,9.378,12.055,8.833,9.859,10.302,P<0.05).And the evaluation scores of teachers were lower than those of self-evaluation.2.Analysis of correlative factors of medical professionalism: according to the single factor analysis,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of the medical professionalism and its dimensions of the different clinical interns who belonged to the colleges,places of origin of students,the number of rotation departments,the satisfaction of the internship environment,interest in medicine,and the cognition of the medical oath(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of medical professionalism,honor and integrity and respect for others among clinical interns with different educational backgrounds(P<0.05).According to the single factor analysis,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of the medical professionalism and its dimensions of the different clinical interns who belonged to the colleges,places of origin of students,the number of rotation departments,the satisfaction of the internship environment,interest in medicine,and the cognition of the medical oath(P<0.05).The scores of medical professionalism,altruism,caring kindness,good communication,conscientiousness,pursuit of excellence,and leadership ability of clinical interns with different internship duration were significantly different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in medical professionalism and altruism,honor and integrity,respect for others,due diligence,pursuit of excellence and excellence,and leadership ability among clinical interns who were keen on medical career(P<0.05).There were significant differences in medical professionalism,altruism,honor and integrity,respect for others,due diligence and leadership ability among clinical interns with different perceptions of their own humanistic accomplishment(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of clinical interns' medical professionalism were the educational background,affiliated institutions,length of internship,father's occupation,number of rotating departments,satisfaction with internship environment,medical interest,medical oath recognition,and their own humanistic qualities.3.Research on the relationship between humanistic care ability and medical professionalism: The total scores of 447 clinical interns' humanistic care ability were(124.15±8.73).The scores from high to low were: health education(82.25±9.97),humane altruism values(15.71±1.85),and promoting emotional communication(19.57±2.00),instilling beliefs and hopes(30.74±2.43),assisting in solving basic life needs scores(19.26± 2.12),helping to solve difficulties(14.19±2.11).According to the correlation analysis,humanistic care ability and its dimensions are positively related to medical professionalism and its dimensions.Among them,humanistic care ability has the highest correlation with medical professionalism,followed by humanistic care ability with honor and integrity.It has the lowest correlation with benevolence and communication.4.The impact of human care ability on medical professionalism: Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is known that instilling beliefs and hopes,promoting emotional communication,helping to solve difficulties,assisting in solving basic living needs and human care ability are the influencing factors of medical professionalism.Conclusions:1.The medical professionalism of clinical interns is at a general level and needs to be further improved.2.Educational background,affiliated institutions,length of internship,father's occupation,number of rotating departments,satisfaction with internship environment,medical interest,medical oath recognition,and their own humanistic literacy cognition are the influencing factors of clinical interns' medical professionalism.3.Humanistic care ability and its various dimensions are positively related to medical professionalism.Influencing beliefs and hopes,promoting emotional communication,helping to solve difficulties,and helping to solve basic life needs are the influencing factors of medical professionalism.
