At the present stage,the range of medical reform in China has increased,the changes in the hospital environment and economic conditions,the values of the doctors and the living conditions have changed,so the flow rate of doctors in different hospitals is increasing,and a large number of doctors have been left out of the hospital.When doctors find that they are not able to perform their ingenuity and skills in the existing medical posts,they will leave the existing medical institutions to find new medical institutions.Although the turnover of doctors sometimes plays a positive role in medical institutions,it has a serious negative impact on the hospital's turnover,mainly because of the direct and indirect costs,morale damage and lower work performance.For a doctor,there is a certain risk.After reemployment,there is a certain period of running in with the new organization,sometimes with the expectation that there will be a negative emotion.Frequent turnover is not conducive to the development of the doctor's career.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the job satisfaction and turnover intention of doctors in the X hospital in Chifeng,and to study and analyze the differences between the two factors on the population variables,and to study the relationship between doctors'job satisfaction and turnover intention.and to sum up the job satisfaction of doctors to turnover intention.The influence effect is analyzed,and the reasons that affect the doctor's turnover tendency are analyzed,and the relevant suggestions are put forward to provide scientific and reasonable advice and theoretical basis for the Chifeng X hospital to set up and stabilize the doctor's talent policy.The results show that the main reasons for the turnover of doctors at this stage are the following aspects:first,the hospital can not meet the needs of the doctor's self realization,the family factors,the heavy degree of work and the personal health problems.These factors are the important factors that affect the doctor's turnover.Then according to the turnover intention of the in-service doctors in the investigation hospital,the conclusion that the hospital turnover intention is in X hospital is that the turnover tendency of the hospital doctors is very high,which leads to the poor stability of the doctors,and the doctor's resignation and the probability of re choosing work are very large.According to the turnover intention of the hospital doctors and the results of interview,it can be concluded that the doctor's job satisfaction is low and the job satisfaction is not high,the doctor's turnover tendency is very high,in which the doctor's salary is low and the workload is not consistent,that is,the workload is big,the salary and welfare are low,and the sex and the doctor's working age are the same.There are significant differences in the effect of these variables on the turnover intention of doctors;there are significant differences in monthly salary,age,professional qualification and department.
