Clinical Research On Quality Of Life In Patients With Indwelling Different Lengths Double J Ureteral Stents

Objective:Compared with numbers of indicators of patients with different lengths of double-j ureter stents in postoperative indwelling,the ideal length of double-j ureter stents could reduce complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and provide a reference for selection clinical ureteral stents.Methods:From September 2017 to December 2018,120 patients who underwent unilateral ureteroscopic surgery with double J tubes indwelling in the department of urology in The Second Clinical College of Zhengzhou University were selected as study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group(n=60)interoperated indwelling fixed length F5 double J ureter stent;In the observation group(n=60),ureteral length was calculated by CT urography,which the corresponding length F5 double-j ureteral stent tube was selected.Postoperative week 1 and 4 weeks will accept Bristol ureteral stents symptoms Questionnaire(Ureteric Stent Symptom Questionnaire,USSQ),in pull out urinous catheter accept visual analog pain score(visual analogue scale,VA,)and the international prostate Symptom score(IPSS score,a total of 35)Questionnaire,the last record and compare the ratings,VA? USSQ and IPSS score.The double J tube crossing the midline of the bladder was counted.Results:The postoperative VA score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The IPSS score,the score of urinary symptoms,the score of physical pain symptoms,the score of health status and the score of other problems in the USSQ at week 1 and 4 were all better than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Selecting the appropriate length of the ureteral stent can obviously reduce complications and improve the patient's quality of life.
