Clinical Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Needleless Hydro-optical Cleaning And Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Acne And Dynamic Observation Of VISIA Imaging

Objective: By observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Xiaocuo decoction combined with needleless hydro-optical cleaning and fire needle to treat the acne,we can provide the acne patients a more accurate and acceptable treatment plan.The VISIA skin tester was used to detect relevant indicators of acne patients before and after treatment,and to provide an objective basis for the efficacy evaluation of acne.Methods: Eligible ninety patients with acne were randomly divided into three groups.All patients were given Qingfei Xiaocuo decoction and compound Huangbai liquid coating.The treatment group was given needleless hydro-optical cleaning and fire needle;the control group A was given fire needle,and the control group B was given needleless hydro-optical cleaning.The patients were followed up once a week for 1 course of treatment,and a total of 4 courses of treatment were observed.The efficacy index was assessed according to the shape,number,color,oil production and itching and pain degree of acne lesions,and the absolute score changes of spots,pores,red areas and purple matter were compared before and after treatment in acne patients using VISIA skin tester.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%;the total effective rate of the control group A was 82%;the total effective rate of the control group B was 61%.The difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total symptom scores of the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the two control groups for the improvement of clinical symptoms.There were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of the three groups of patients.The results of VISIA skin tester showed that there was no significant change in pores after treatment in the three groups of acne patients compared with those before treatment,and the scores of spots,red areas,and purple matter were reduced.Conclusion: The total effective rate of Qingfei Xiaotuo decoction combined with needleless hydro-optic cleaning and fire needle in the treatment of acne was higher than that in the control group,with better clinical efficacy and few adverse reactions.The traditional Chinese medicine combined with needleless hydro-optic cleaning and fire needle could improve the facial spots,red areas,and purple matter in the acne patients.It is prompted that the changes of the VISIA skin tester before and after treatment in spots,red areas,and purple matter can provide a certain basis for determining the efficacy of acne patients.
